To deal with fracture issues, we add non-phthalates based additives to improve performance and lifespan of the filament. We recommend storing the filament in a sealed plastic bag after each print.

The diameter of the most commonly used 3D printing filaments have a standard tolerance accuracy requirement of ±0.05mm while premium filament has the accuracy of ±0.03mm. Lower diameter tolerance allows the amount of material extruded through a print nozzle to remain more consistent during the printing process. This consistency directly affects the accuracy and surface smoothness of the printed object. Filamentory filaments are bump and bubble free by running our filaments through an accurate laser diameter instrument during coiling and ensuring that our unrecycled raw materials are contaminant free. Furthermore with our enhanced filament extrusion technology, we are able to get the filament to stay within ±0.03mm tolerance range and more than 99.9% of them within ±0.02mm range.
