Just responding to someone who said that it doesn’t work properly right when she got it out of the package before she cut off the zip ties.You need to cut off the zip ties for it to work properly. Thought the same as well. Until I took off the zip ties.I haven’t used it yet, just received it but seems like it will do it’s job just fine.

I used this along with the flexible scope to clear to what is blocking the suction pipeline in our inground swimming pool. to my surprise it was grabbing anything that was in its way which include lava rocks. for one year it has been a mystery for us why our pool suction wasn’t working. we changed the filter, and pretty much checked everything. Im very happy that I have used this product along with the fexible scope. im sure you can also use this product with other grabbing purposes on tiny spaces.

When I received the flexible sink grabber reacher tool, I found the grabber end of the tool was rusted and corroded, visible in the pictures. Not at all the shiny chrome like finish shown on the website. The instructions that came with the grabber state that "it will not rust". That clearly is not true. I suspect this item was used and not brand new. The grabber end would not function at all when I tried squeezing the handle. I tried freeing the grabber end by flexing the metal tube that protects the grabber. It still would not operate.

My husband dropped a plastic case with razor blades down the toilet, and this has caused it to back up. An auger didn't work, and I was told to get a plumber in to take the toilet apart. I hoped this tool would work to retrieve the blockage or at least to push it through the system to get it out of the way. I can't get the thing to bend more than just through the initial toilet bend, so I am very disappointed. It just seems too stiff to get through the bends in plumbing.

The media could not be loaded.  Doesn't work.Grabber part doesn’t even come out of the end when pushed as far as it will go.What a waste?A waste of packaging to get it here.A waste of fuel to get it here.A waste of my time waiting for a much needed item that turns out to be crap.Save your money.Buy something better.

This broke within the first fifteen minutes I had it. I was trying to reach for some keys that had fallen behind my couch and the metal claw got stuck inside the spring surrounding it, when I released and pressed to grab the keys it totally bent the claw. Save your money and find another one.
