Maybe it is just the fun of hearing it gurgle, but I like the thought of aerating the wine as I pour. It may be just psychological, but I do sense a slightly better taste out of the bottle. I never did take the time to decant, so that may tell you something about my taste buds. I hope it has the added, advertised effect of removing some of the sulfites, but who knows whether that can be proven.

My husband bought this aerator pourer because a friend had on like it. It is amazing. I had another type or aerator pourer, but it doesn't compare to this one. I had no idea that a good aerator would have such an effect on a glass of wine.

I recently purchased this for myself. I never used a wine aerator before so I was pleasantly surprised how much better my wine tasted. Reasonably priced, easy to use, improved taste in the wine and would purchase again!

This wine areator is great. Easy to use and clean, it works perfectly fine to me. It would also make a great gift, especially during the Holidays Season. I greatly recommend it.

I love this! It's small but well made. It is plastic but not the cheapo kind. I know there are mixed feelings over aerating wine, but so far I'm sold on this thing.
