Bought and charged 9 months ago. Jumped riding lawnmower twice (80°) battery dropped to 50% charge bar. Recharged put away in SUV. 2 months later jump strt car( 90°,4 cyl) down to 50%. Recharge put away. 2 months ago jump start Trailblazer(70°,6 cyl)was 75% dropped to 50% charge ffw this week. (10° temps) sons 4 cyl. CRV dead(left door ajar so battery is completly dead) jump start works no problem. But completly drained(0 out of 4 lights, started at 4) recharge fully and put away. Next day sons CrV again(5° temps). Fully charged jumped easy but dropped to 1 out of 4 lights. Don't get me wrong this has been a lifesaver and has worked everytime and well worth the $50 I paid for it, but don't claim 50 jumps on a single charge. That might give people a false sense of security. Built in light and charger would be nice in a pinch. Most likely will buy another one for son's car.Seller wrote me thinking I wasnt happy with my jumper, offered me a refund, i refused.Cont.- i wasn't expecting 50 jumps on a single charge when I bought it, But your description claimed 50 plus jumps on one charge and I don't want people misinformed. It truly works well. But 50 jumps. I still use it, in fact I was thinking about purchasing another for my son to keep in his car. It really is a lifesaver. I have upgraded from 3 to 5 stars based on customer service and thier need to make me happy.

While I'm sad to say I've now used this product, I am glad to report that it worked instantly. My car died tonight, and I actually couldn't find this charger at first. I tried our old standard jumper cables with another car with no success. I came back inside and found this charger. It was easy to use and worked on the first try. Two thumbs and eight fingers up!In addition to working, I love that it is compact, not heavy, and has its own case. I highly recommend this battery jumper set.Update: Just had to jump a second car, and after less than a minute of setup, it worked right away again. We're now getting a second one for the other car.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it could charge a little faster, but otherwise, it’s a solid device that I now keep in my car for emergencies. Definitely worth the price!

My battery in my 2007 Hyundai Sonata was completely dead. This particular device that I bought recently started it up with no problem. initially I had a small learning curve. The jump starter did not have any juice in it and I had to charge it from 0 to 100 which seem like an eternity but in reality I charged it up. It took probably about six hours altogether to charge it up and when I jumpstarted the car it Was at 100% and when I took it off, it was at 67% so I can tell you the battery was completely dead. I put it back on the charger and it took from 67% to 100. Maybe two hours if that. great product.

Have used it 3 time to jumpstart. Once for myself & twice to help others with a flat battery. Makes you feel like a superhero. Drops about 25% charge for each jumpstart. So far seems to hold its charge very well between uses but would recommend to top up the charge in the car every few months with the provide USB cable just in case . Inbuilt Flashlight works well and as a strobe. When used as a Power Brick via the USB-C port I got a couple of full charges for my Pixel phone out of it before it needed recharging. Indispensable Tool to keep in your car, I've bought more as gifts for my Friends.
