Perfect for my purposes
First, I'm not a PC gamer. Since my day job is in IT, gaming on my console gets me away from the PC. So why did I buy an "entry level" gaming PC? Because the specs matched what I wanted in a basic PC framework and, given the present state of acquiring individual components, a pre-build is a much more economical situation. Right out of the box the computer performs flawlessly. It was easy to set up and boot up. I did two things right away: I upped the RAM from 16 to 32 GB and I overclocked the RAM. Installing the two, 8GB RAM modules was little tricky since the top RAM slot releases are under a couple of the cooling fans. So I had to release the fans from their mounts to install the RAM modules. Overclocking the RAM was simple as the UEFI native app is GUI based and simple to use. I added a 27” curved FreeSync monitor and used the onboard AMD graphics GUI to tune. I then upgraded to Windows 11. Later this week I will install a 2TB M.2 PCIe SSD. I expect the same ease of installation and setup since the Motherboard manual was included, and all compatible components are listed in it. I did used the UEFI GUI to overclock the CPU but I’m satisfied that the default overclock settings meets my needs. But for tweakers, there’s a bit more room to adjust clock settings if so desired. I primarily use this set up to build virtual machines and attack them or configure them for testing. I often have a number of apps open and this computer performs all the tasks I assign without hesitation. In fact most of my virtual machines perform as well as the host which speaks well for how it interacts with the hypervisor. I highly recommend this build to anyone needing that Ryzen 7 processing punch but who also don’t have the type of demands on graphics that video editing or high end gaming demand.

Wrong case, APU graphics are disabled and undetected. Very disapointed
As said, wrong case... obviously. Hardware is as advertised, except the integrated graphics perform abysmally. Not sure what's up with the note telling me I need a graphics card to support this gaming PC. Kinda figured the APU would be able to handle even the simplest of tasks. I have to play The Sims 4 at Low settings and still get around 20 for.I'm hoping there was just a mix up somewhere and this can be sorted out but as of right now I am sorely disappointed with this purchase and would advise others to be wary.

You will NEED a GPU along with this computer for better games.
The system has been running like it should. Getting a GPU for this system IS A MUST!When I bought this computer, I was specifically looking for a system without a GPU. I had bought a GPU earlier in the week and decided to buy this computer for it.When I finally got the computer, I immediately found out that they DID NOT include the additional power supply cables. More specifically, I needed the 8P to PCI-E cable to power my GPU.I called Amazon support to report it, but all they asked me to do is to email the vendor... then what is the whole point of having customer support?!?!?I then had to look around locally for that particular cable. No one had it in stock. I had to resort to buying another 650W power supply at retail price at Best Buy. All I needed was the 8P cable, but that was the only way to get it immediately. So I got my cable, and guess what? The computer would not turn on when I plugged in the 8P connector to the power supply. Once I removed the cable, the system would turn on with no problem.Without hesitation, I knew I had a funky power supply that came with the computer. Thankfully, buying that additional power supply at Best Buy came in handy. I was able to install it and get it working with the GPU connected in about 20 minutes. As I kept working on the system, I began to notice that the vendor CUT MANY CORNERS when making this system. The construction of the chassis is on cheap-o side. I didn't like that the see-through glass was plexi-glass. The fans were loud and and their lights cannot be controlled; not good if you want a specific color. The vendor used generic brand components like the motherboard, power supply, RAM and SSD. I would hope to have better quality brand products considering the price of the system. In the end I was very disappointed that I had to go as far as purchasing a new power supply and put in some labor to get it working right. At this point, I've gone waste deep into this mess, so no sense in retuning the darn thing. The games I've played with so far have been fantastic. Running 60fps at 1080 resolution. They load fast and run smoothly.Pros:-Enough RAM at 16GB (Able to expand up to additional 16GB)-Decent storage-pretty fast processor (Auto-Overclocking is enabled)Cons:-Cheap and generic components (MoBo, PSU, RAM, SSD)-Defective power supply-Cheap chassis construction-Fans are loud and their lights cannot be controlled

Worst purchase off of Amazon
I bought this computer for my son for Christmas. Upon opening it, I noticed that the ports did not line up and nothing would be able to be plugged in, for example, the mouse, the keyboard, etc. I took it to get adjusted and was told that I had been scammed as all of the parts were taken from other computers, were not compatible as they should have been, lacking a video card, and just overall not worth the purchase price. I was devastated as I had spent a lot for this computer and Christmas was only a week away. I would recommend never buying from this company again (the computer company, not Amazon). Buyer beware.

Product as described - Excellent and expedient Support!
The item was exactly as described. We upgraded for free to Windows 11, and with the Ryzen 7 processor and 16 GB memory, the PC flies very nicely. There are no pictures on the product page regarding the ports on the back of the PC (seller: please update) so i am describing as follows: There is only one HDMI video connection on the back of the PC, so if you have two or three monitors, another GPU (video card) will be necessary. There are 6 USB ports (2x 1.0 and 4x 2.0) on the back, 1 ethernet (RJ45), and built-in wifi with antennae, plus 2 more USB (1.0) on the front side, and headphone jacks for accessibility - plenty of room for peripherals! The PC looks great when on and working with the internal LEDs glowing while in use. The pattern designs on the top and front of the PC are small sheets held on with magnets, which i thought was interesting, as opposed to being a physical case design. The included keyboard wasn't working well, but the seller quickly and graciously sent another to replace it, which i appreciated very much! Given the increase in pricing for computer equipment lately due to supply chain issues, this PC offers a lot of bang for your buck and should keep you happy for at least 3-5 years without need for upgrades/replacement. I am very happy with my choice to purchase this for my son for the holidays and would recommend it!
