First time using it, I didn’t feel anything the first time. I intend on using it again and hopefully feel the benefits. *update I used it a second time and slept like a baby, peace and tranquil.

Update: I finished up using my second order of these foot pads wearing them each night and I have to say that I think they do work.So I bought these after a friend had mentioned trying them (not sure if same brand). The first two nights I felt like I slept well, but most recently I still tossed an turned. The adhesive is pretty good and they stay on all night without having to wear socks over them. A couple of the nights the edges did start to roll up but that might have been from me kicking around in my sleep. I like that they have a large adhesive area, makes it seem like it was more secure and less chance them coming off. I did buy another package because I feel like 5 nights might have not been enough time to tell if they made a difference or not. When waking up and taking them off though they were black so it seems like they are working but I have also read that, that is due to the reaction of sweat and the vinegar. So still undecided.

I was very disappointed that I purchase 28 pads and received 14 .

I just received mine yesterday and the first set I opened only one was good and the other was a bad patch already destroyed. I had to open a second set to take one from there to be able to use. Not sure if any other ones will be damaged like this but as of right now I know I’m short a set but could be short more sets if any others are damaged like this one.

I am amazed at how well these foot pads work. Could not believe how dark the pad was when I removed it the next morning. Will keep using them.

I got them fast, I would recommend wearing thin ankle socks over them to keep them on. I slept better. In the morning when removing the pads are black and sticky. warm water and a paper towel to remove the sticky stuff. I Slept better and feel better after 7 days of use. There are 7 sealed packs of 2 pads each. in main package.

The adhesive on these is too strong. They are painful to remove. As advertised, they turn black after using them but after doing further research I'm not so sure that they actually work.

Good foot pad but too expensive
