UPDATE:After posting my review down below, Customer Service reached out and offered to send another replacement pump. They also noted that since I'd purchased the fountain a year ago, they've updated the pump twice and it should be working better than before.They provided a detailed explanation as to how it works, which i'll share here: "Actually, when the water level is low that will trigger the LED button illuminating in red color and the pump stop working. Since that, we do not expect the pump to burn out. The alert mechanism is designed to be triggered when the water volume is between 150ml and 200ml. In this case, The LED light will illuminate in red color."I really appreciate their dedication to fixing this, and i'm very much hoping that the new pump will perform better than the previous one! I've tried multiple fountains and this one is definitely my favorite of them all, so I hope that this will be the last time I need to replace anything in it (besides the filters every month, of course).Customer Service also noted that they expanded the platforms for customers to reach them, and they reached out to me less than 12 hours after I'd posted my review, so things have definitely changed for the better in that department! I'm updating my review to reflect this interaction and change from 3 stars to 5 stars. I would still suggest making the water level window larger or making the body of the fountain clear so you can see inside it better!PREVIOUS REVIEW:I bought this a year ago and immediately loved it. it was easy to clean, didn't need to worry about a wired pump, it was quiet, and our cats took to it immediately. The filters are relatively inexpensive and need to be changed once a month. HOWEVER, the pump is problematic. the user manual tells you not to let the water level get too low, but it's a lot more sensitive than you expect. After one month, the pump went out when the water wasn't that low. Customer service immediately replaced it free of charge for us (once I could get ahold of them - i had to go through multiple channels and send multiple emails just to get a response which was really frustrating).The design of the fountain is really sleek, but it's not easy to tell when the water level is low and needs to be refilled. If you're sensitive to sounds like I am, you'll notice the change in how the water is flowing, but the window on the side is not easy to read, even with the light on. The fountain is supposed to flash when the water is low, but if it comes on, it's too late - you've probably already ruined the pump.Unfortunately, our pump went out a second time and the cost to replace it is half the cost of the fountain - at that price, I decided to purchase a different brand altogether. This fountain IS a great fountain, but you have to stay on top of keeping it full otherwise you'll burn out pumps. If I could suggest one change to the manufacturer, I would recalibrate when the "low water" light comes on. If it came on sooner, burning out the pump could be avoided. I'd also make the water level window bigger, or make the entire fountain clear plastic so you can see inside it when it starts getting low.

This was a wonderful purchase. Not too many components to this fountain, so easy to put together and clean. Very quiet when in use and whenever I had a pump go out after a year of use the company replaced it right away. Easy to contact company, just use FB messenger and they respond right away. I have used many pet fountains prior and this has been the most reliable. Others had too many pieces so cleaning was difficult. They were also very loud when functioning. Highly recommend this fountain.

I purchased this fountain in October and loved it at first. I keep this in my bedroom for our kitty, so I need a fountain that is both quiet and doesn't have the blinding LED light of death, which seems to be standard on every electronic product manufactured lately.PROS: The fountain is quiet and the bubbling of the water is great for having a moving water function to encourage the cats to drink, but it's not noisy so I don't hear the water trickling. And as I mentioned, it has a light that can be turned off. And only a small light around the power button on the front. Easy to remove the top plate and add water. Also easy to disassemble and clean.CONS: Purchased in October and in February, it starting flashing lights. Both the interior light and the light around the power button was flashing all colors on a loop. I couldn't get it to stop, and so I messaged the seller. I was asked to press the button on the front to turn the light off, and to change the charging block that I was using to plug it in to the wall, then to send a video, then to take the pump out and send a picture of that. They sent a new pump, and unfortunately this didn't resolve the issue.The seller did send out a completely new fountain to replace the malfunctioning one. So even though there was a hiccup with the fountain, I still love it. It's quiet, no bright lights, the cats love it, and the seller stands behind their customer service guarantee. I would buy again without hesitation!

We love how quiet it is and how easy it is to clean. But after having it for 3 months the pump decided to not work. The light comes on and tries too connect with it, but for whatever reason it doesn't work. In reading the reviews I'm not the only person who had this problem. It's a very nice product, but they obviously need to fine tune the motor.

This is hands down the BEST pet fountain I have tried (I have tried probably 5 or so before this)… I am hoping it lasts longer than the previous ones, but regardless of that it is the BEST I have found and would happily repurchase it.The noise level is great, barely ever notice it unless I am standing right next to it and it is almost empty. For me what sets it apart is the wireless pump! It makes taking it to the sink to rinse and refill SO easy and mess free. I like that I can take apart the pump to clean it easily and the filters actually need to be replaced and so far have been reasonably priced. I like the light indicator for when it needs to be refilled and my cat took quite easily to the fountain, she is a bit picky.

Love this product , no noise like others . looks great , works great .very easy to take apart and clean... and i love that there is No electrical wire fore motor in water .love the fact that you can find replacement parts online in case , when the 18 month warranty expires,it"s a great buy . would recommend at 100 %.had registry online problems , company answered me a few hours later , now thats what i call GREAT customer service.makes a great gift for your pet (healty and clean water )..... this is the one you need

I love my water fountain and I had to buy more filter. I didn’t know the price before. 24$ for 3 filters compare to other at 15$ for 10 filters, it’s expensive. If I knew that before it would have propably affect my decision to buy the fountain. But a very good customer service.

The media could not be loaded.  Product arrived very well package. The fountain is very easy to put together and to clean. The shape is sleek and the buttons are easy to understand. There is no sound when it is on. I have four cats and they took to it immediately. I am very happy with it.Update: my four cats and I liked the pet fountain so much, that a second one was bought. Both are currently on in the same location and there is no noise from either. In the video, you can clearly hear the cat drinking, but no sound from the fountains. The replacement sponge and filters were also purchased. Note: the only time I’ve heard a noise from the pet fountain is when I did not put the pieces back together properly. This is at least a telltale sign for it requiring to be adjusted.
