Proper utilisation of our money.

The Grinder Machine is Ok.The wet jar size is bigger than standard. Does not grind fully. Leaves small solid pieces even if you grind for a minute. Blade is not sharp enough or different kind of blade is required. e.g. Small pieces of Cucumber did not grind completely.The Dry Jar is much Smaller than Standard. Works well.Chutney jar is smaller than standard.works well.Ok for the price. No after sales service. They are using a Whatsapp bot application for customer service which is designed to frustrate the customer and not provide the service.Cannot make Idli/Dosa batter.If buying this mixer also buy a good Universal stainless steel 1.2 litre jar with good quality blades offline. Can get for ₹350/- to ₹450/-.This will complement the mixer to make Idli/Dosa Batter.

Very Good Product, And Price is very Compitative, Its Good for Small Family

I bought a Lifelong mixer and it stopped working in just 2 months. When I tried to claim the guarantee, all I got were automated emails saying “we are working on your problem” but no technician was ever assigned.Their customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen – they don’t let you speak to a senior person, always saying “we don’t have access.” It honestly feels like there is no corporate office or responsible team behind this company.It’s clear that Lifelong only sells products but never cares about after-sales service. Buying from them is a complete waste of money and time.

Have been using it for almost 2 years with no major complaints. Basic mixer-grinder. The small jar is average in grinding spices like mustard seeds - but will not give a very smooth grind. The motor does heat up very quickly so cannot use it continuously for long - have to switch off intermittently. The lids are also quite loose and have to be manually held to prevent spillage. It can't compete with the premium products - but is ok for the price and works for regular home use.

Its been a month now and I am writing this review . Usually i go for bigger brands like "Preethi" or "Prestige" or "Butterfly"but this time I chose to buy something simpler and cheaper . And my intuition was right , This mixie really does the job and grinds at a faster rate and is smoother as well. Its made up of plastic but if you grind it for a longer time it slightly heats up but not too hot enough . So you can give it a break and grind again . Overall product is reliable , good and worth the cost .Go for it Guys

This mixer is very good used more than 2 years and it works great! I may have given 5 stars for this but for some reasons like the noise it creates I rated it 4. Must buy under this price!
