I've been an IT guy for 30 years and have developed carpal tunnel at various times. I tried a lot of different ergonomic keyboards and other devices, but this simple "pillow for your wrist" has been the solution to my problem. I sit at a desk for work all day. My wrist would just scream with pain - keeping me up at night. I didn't want surgery. I bought this super simple thing and after about three months the pain literally vanished and I've been fine for years. This is the second one I've purchased- I had the first one for six years and it was getting gnarly. After many years I was wearing down the support beads inside the pillow.. If you're having wrist problems holding a mouse all day, this simple pillow will solve your problems. It's a lot cheaper than a surgeon.

Don't listen to the all of the people griping about this wrist rest being too small or smaller than it once was. It is absolutely perfect, if it was any bigger it would really get in the way both in the amount of surface area it takes up and in terms of how high your wrist would be angled. The people who are complaining about it being too small have got to be terminally online obese bug people who sit on the computer 25 hours a day because I have what one might consider a normal sized male arm and hand and this thing is like resting my hand on a cloud like no other. The beads give way just the perfect amount and the fabric is delicate on your hands. It's even fun to pick up and play with like a squeeze ball when you aren't using it. I use it with a Microsoft pro intellimouse and a big steelseries mat and it is a dream compliment to the both of them. It will even give way just enough for you to have full wrist motion while still providing support and staying in place.You will not regret this purchase- perfect form factor, perfect size, perfectly provided comfort, and an all around grand slam of a wrist rest. My socks have indeed been knocked off!

I have ganglions and work at the computer 10 hours a day. This has really helped my wrist and hand comfort when using my mouse.

I had bought one of these a year ago so I was a bit surprised that it was smaller and firmer than I was expecting. I work on a computer all day, so having some kind of wrist support is key. This does the job as I have not had any wrist pain when using this for 10 hours a day. It also works as a fidget when I need a distraction.

I'd prefer something slightly firmer but I did purposefully buy this beanbag, not a gel or foam rest.It's good. It's soft and comfy, it looks nice, and it's held up quite well to around 2 months of use.

Bought this and the wrist rest and I love them! They feel nice on your skin, alleviate carpal tunnel pain/discomfort, don’t smell, and last a long time. I’d buy again in a heartbeat. The color is fabulous too, just as described all around.

This is my second one of these; the first got grubby after ten+ years. They’ve made it a little smaller, but it still works fine. I’m on my computer hours per day, and this really works to prevent that dull ache that can occur at the wrist line—I wouldn't be without it.

I've been using this model for a long time. I was very surprised at how small my replacement was. Still works fine, but I find myself having to reposition it more often. The fabric lasts a long time but eventually gives up the ghost and you will end up with runaway beans...
