Versatile and good quality
Stainless steel is never as easy to clean as non-stick, but overall I’d say it’s not bad as far as that goes. When I first opened it, I was worried it was too wide and shallow but I’ve cooked with it a lot now and have come to love the shape. Having such a large surface area on the bottom, it can straddle the line between a pot and a pan, so it is super versatile. The rounded edges where the sides meet the bottom make stirring and scraping while pouring smooth. The lid fits well and it heats up evenly. I always appreciate a helper handle but this has a nice weight-solid but still manageable. I was drawn to the novelty of the measurements on the inside-in reality I haven’t ended up using them but can say they have stayed looking good through multiple washes.I also got the oxo silicone steamer basket and it fits perfectly in this pan.

OXO Can't Be Beat...
Love this saucepan. It's a great size for re-use of glass lids and 3rd party steamer inserts. The measurement marks inside the pan are a bonus. I bought this in same timeframe as 2 other Mauviel pans, and a monster Tramontina pot w steamer and pasta inserts. The others are gorgeous, elegant, and performant, but I have to give it to OXO - they REALLY know how to produce elegant AND ergonomically-perfect products. I already use this pan 3x as often as the others! It is not only beautiful, but it heats perfectly, and - best of all - I don't "fear" the size or weight of the pan, or the cleanup and "store-away" work. This is critical during all the stay-at-home time of a pandemic. Sometimes I cook 3 items in this pan, one after the other, with a simple rinse and wipe-down in between. And in the end I don't stress over scrubbing and pot-cleansers - it is just still gleaming and beautiful with a simple wash up, and the glass top cleans up fine in the dishwasher. Bravo, OXO!

Easy to handle
I must be doing something wrong. Or perhaps OXO is the only one doing things right. I find the "famous brand" pots to be harder to handle. The handle itself is a big part of the problem. The other part is, as another reviewer noted, that other brands don't consider a helper-handle necessary. This pot is the easiest to handle of the current batch I own.Build quality also seems quite good. I found one small fleck of too-thin stainless on the bottom, but it has not grown and others have not appeared in the months since I got this saucier. Rivets have remained tight on both the pan and the lid. Any coloring from, say, rice or beans comes off easily with Barkeep's Friend.I find that the pan heats quite evenly, given the limitations of my flat infrared cooktop. It has stayed flat on the top (which helps a lot) and distributes heat up the sides quite nicely.I find the saucier design matches my choice of whisks quite nicely as well. The curve is just right to let me stir right to the "edge" of the pan. Very easy to reach the entire surface quickly with a silicone spatula as well.Well designed; well executed; easy to handle: great pan!

Probably the nicest pan I'll ever own
This pan far exceeded my expectations. It has a very nice weight (heavy) and is extremely well made. It is a perfect size for my uses (4-1/2" high without lid, 9-1/2" diameter). The handles are securely attached and well designed so that handling the pan--even when filled--is easy and balanced (the handles do get hot when cooking since I believe they are not hollow and the pan itself is "all-over" metal, so pot holders would be recommended). The lid does not have a hole to vent steam, but it does not "clamp" down tightly on the pan, so steam can escape from the edges, if needed. It washes up nicely (I prefer to wash such a nice pan by hand, although I'm sure it is quite dishwasher safe). There was not a mark on it--it came in pristine condition. It is also more lovely than I expected.

Very good product!
The OXO Tri-Ply 12 inch skillet is a major improvement over all of my old pans.I made Shakshuka for my first cook! The eggs cooked well and the area of the pan was large enough to accommodate 6 eggs. The skillet heats up well and cleaned up well. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5, I wish it came with a cover.Very good product!BOBBYQ

Took a gamble that paid off
I've got a few all-clad tri-ply pieces which I've used pretty exclusively since I got them, because they give me a perfect combination of heat retention and even heat distribution, and I can stick them in the dishwasher and have them last forever. Not wanting to pay over $200 for the all-clad dutch oven, i started looking for alternatives. Although OXO's clad stainless has a small number of reviews, there were no negative reviews other than people who had no idea how to use stainless cookware, so I took a gamble. So far it seems to be paying off. For less than half of the price of the all-clad, it seems to be of similar quality and beauty. I've used it on the stovetop for several pot roasts, and I appreciate the glass lid, which the all-clad did not have. I didn't have a spot to put it in my cupboard the first week I owned it so I was keeping it in the oven to get it out of the way, and of course I preheated the oven to make a pizza one day without remembering it was there, and it took a full preheat to 400 degrees in an electric oven without the glass breaking. I got very lucky.

Worth it!
This is the most expensive pan I've ever bought, but it's worth it. Solid, easy to clean, versatile, and it works on my little induction cooktop as well as the regular one. It is very heavy, so it's hard to maneuver if there's anything in it, but the extra handle is great for carrying it.

Solid pan
I've use this everyday for the last few months. It is great like almost all OXO products which is the first brand I buy.

Fantastic pan for multiple uses
Ordered this because I saw J. Kenji Lopez-Alt use it in a lot of videos and it's great. Super versatile, well made, would highly recommend (if only it was available in the UK and didn't need importing from the US!)

Just what we wanted
Great pan - easy to clean and cooks really well. Would choose Oxo over other brands as I have several products and all perform well.

Mala calidad
Tiene la apariencia de que es de muy buena calidad, sin embargo al utilizarlo la comida se pega con facilidad. No parece tener un teflón de buena calidad en relación al precio que se paga por él.
