I fell in love with this when I saw it on Amazon. I was very pleased when it arrived it lived up to my expectation of what I saw of the bracelet online! I decided to get it as a birthday present to myself. I thought the price was a bit high, but it did say it has 18k gold inlay, sterling silver and real gemstones. The biggest gems being the amethyst stones on the ends of the cuffs. It took 5 days via regular mail (USPS) so take weekends into account when ordering. I was a bit surprised something this expensive wasn't sent UPS. But because of the small size, it can fit inside most mailboxes.It arrived in a padded pack. Inside was a box with cotton for cushion and the bracelet was snug inside a sealed plastic bag. I will be using the box to put the bracelet away when not wearing it. But I think I'll be wearing it a lot!Now about the bracelet: Upon first look I saw the beautiful craftsmanship, which reminds me of the Balinese crafting and this is what attracted me to the bracelet in the first place, with the unique cuff design with the amethyst stones. That is my birth stone! . The gemstones are nice and the amethyst stones on the cuff ends are cushion cut style so they really do catch the light. The photo I provided doesn't really do it justice. The three gemstones on the side (green, citrine and topaz) are flush within their setting so they don't stick out. This is good so they don't get scratched or catch on things. This is a medium weight bracelet and sturdy. It's easy to put on because of the hinge at the bottom end. I like that because I cannot fit bangle bracelets very well and a hinge is good idea so it doesn't bend or break the metal when you put it on. It fits well but not tight. It can move around a little, but it won't go too far to the side. I am glad I purchased this for myself. This would make a great gift for a special someone too. Be aware, this was mailed USPS (regular mail) not UPS.
