I like the formula of this supplement because it does not contain a lot of stuff. Overall I like it and I fell better after taking them.

EASY TO DIGEST.

They have changed the product but not the description. 500 mcg is under 2000 ius. 3500 ius is 10,000. This is being sold with a picture of the 10,000 iu bottle but you get a 500 mcg bottle which is a lot less in each capsule.

I initially bought this for inflammation due to a knee injury. I still had some pain when I walked. After about a week I noticed that there was no longer any sharp pain in my knee when I walked. I really didn't expect results and actually forgot about it, but kept taking this product every day. Unless it's a coincidence (my knee would have healed regardless of what I took) I doubt it though as i had pain for a year prior, this product is effective.

I have not lab tested these supplements, so i cannot speak to their effectiveness or quality… They are small and easy to take. They are packaged well and were exactly as was advertised.
