The air does seem fresher when I have these in. I run in a really polluted country. It also gets pretty warm so face masks become uncomfortable in the summer. With these I can breath through my nose and exhale through my mouth when I run and get decent air flow. Im not sure if it gives a 100% seal in my nose though. However, it does filter a lot of dust and pollen and they get visibly dirty on bad day, so they must be doing something.

Nice package and high quality, also very comfortable. Summer is coming, no need wearing mask for pollen! This is gospel to folks suffer allergic rhinitis.

Not worth buying. Does not stay in nose well.

Uncomfortable kept falling out of my nose.
