My brother and I wanted to pick out matching urns for our mom’s ashes. The ones from the funeral home were soooo expensive so we started looking on Amazon. We really wanted to find something special, with good quality, but not leave us even more broke.So we ordered 2 of these. Once they arrived one of them wouldn’t open. I contacted the seller and they were able to help me right away. They walked me through a couple tips that might help the box open, but it didn’t work. So without hesitation they sent a new one out to me immediately. So amazing.The boxes are very good quality for the price. They are SO incredibly beautiful and our mom would have loved them so much.
