Perfect for swing training. The screw in weights are easy to remove and fit and stay nice and secure.

Alternative to expensive speed sticks
Just tried these once but seem to work well and I can't see how these are any different from the expensive brands. Another review mentioned they'd snapped but I can't see how this can happen unless you smashed them into the ground. I'd recommend buying a PRGR radar with these and you can begin to work on and track speed gains.

Shaft bent
Bought for me for a Christmas Present. Took it out of its plastic wrapping and it’s noticeable that the shaft is bent. Not sure if will be still be ok?Unable to show in a photograph.
