I would give them zero stars but I can’t! These are expensive beans, for me to have received such cheap quality product. They are old, very dark and extremely difficult to cook. They took over fours to cook and are still hard and they kept foaming up while cooking!

The beans are small and have a lot of debris and bad beans in them that need to be removed before cooking. Also while sorting through the beans, my fingers became covered in a strange looking greenish powder. Which leads me to believe the beans better be rinsed thoroughly before cooking- perhaps several times. They do take longer to cook than normal and only taste ok.
