I have only mowed twice with the new Spartan RZ but the difference with this and without is big. I am sure a suspension seat would be better but for the price this can not be beat.

Doesn’t die without drilling holes
Helps but, that’s it. I would say if you can afford the real seat buy it. Doesn’t fit a spartan rc-a mower without drilling holes.

Excellent buuuut
The one I purchased specifically said it fit my model spartan with zero modifications. WRONG. I had to drill out two holes on each side of the seat base. No big deal but it also needed spacers to work properly because when the seat travels downward it needs somewhere to go. So 4 carriage bolts with 3 nuts on each one to give it another 1” of space.Works perfect I’m 300lb and it fully supports all this bouncing over a bumpy lawn and is great for my back.Would I purchase again? Definitely but only if no modifications was required OR if the price were a lot lower

Easy install with no modifications!
Arrived on time, easy to install. Required no modifications, I have a 2021 RZ model, took 45mins with hand tools. After test drive mower seat has a much better ride! Definitely recommend if you don't wanna pay 700 for factory suspension.

Great suspension!
Just a fraction of the cost of the full suspension seat from spartan and it fit my RT Pro fine!

Not what it was cracked up to be.
A little disappointed in this product and the hype about it. Definitely not worth the money. I’m sure the seller dosent realize it’s as bad as it is. These 4 bolts were the hardest I’ve ever had to install. And I’ve been a industrial maintenance person for over 40 years. No I would not recommend this product

Built solid
No, it wasn’t easy to install but overall, it went well. I’m satisfied the way it turned out. It fit well without many modifications. It didn’t require any welding or fabricating to make it work. I got by with just drilling a couple extra holes and using my own bolts and nuts. On a 2019 Spartan, 61” cut, it's a good fit. Had to splice in 8" of electrical wire for the seat safety switch due to the extra height. The seat is now 3" higher than original but, in my case, it isn't of concern. In the end everything is operational and a better ride. I'm sure my kidneys will appreciate the improved ride.Additional Post Review: After using the mower to mow 3 acres, I can say it's a big, big improvement for a 70yr old man. It rides much more comfortable than before. The manufacturing company did a fine job building these things. I also like that the company shipped it in a heaver cardboard box to protect it. Can't speak on how well it works on other brands of mowers, but on mine it does make a big improvement. BZ to TRAC SEATS

Very Good Product
Installed in about 30 minutes. No modifications needed. Mount the seat slides onto the suspension kit at the slotted holes widest point. Cut the last zip tie securing the seat safety switch harness and send it through the side and out of the round hole of this kit . Mount the suspension kit with attached rails onto the mowers seat plate. Clip the safety switch to the seat. Finally, mount the seat. Ride height increased by about 3 inches.
