Bought for post op pain- great product
Flexible when frozen and comfortable to sit on it. Stays cold for hours. They say only to use for 20 mins but you can take it off you, not put it back in the freezer and then use it again bc it is still cold. I haven’t used it for heat yet but I am sure it is great. It’s a well thought out, quality product. Very happy with it.

Perfect size for your back
These are the perfect size for icing your back. It's large enough to cover a wide area and the soft velvet side is gentle on your skin. The velcro straps hold them in place in case you are standing while wearing them. And it even comes with a large plastic zip bag when putting them in the freezer. Really happy with the purchase!

Great quality and perfect size
These ice packets are great, they qualify is very good they attach well to my legs and they even have their own zip bag so you can out them imside the freezer and they will not be contaminated with any food inside. I love them
