1-1/2 lb. Silica Gel Fresh Flower Preservative

I was hoping this would be like the silica crystals I had purchased a few years ago, but they are definitely a larger-sized granule. More like small pellets. I found it harder to get the product into the flowers' nooks and crannies than with the finer product I had purchased before. It weighs the flower heads down a bit more as well, especially if they are more delicate type. It did dehydrate the flowers, though, and in that sense, it worked. If you're looking at price, this was the best buy at the time of purchase.

It works good. Enough weight at a cheap price. Though i didnt expect it is not gine grain thus give this weird texture on my flowers when i dried them.

I bought this right after my husband and I got married. I thought "Great! I can preserve our wedding flowers forever!!!" Wow was I wrong. I followed the directions, even tried lessening the time and all this stuff did was bake my flowers. I am left with only pictures of our flowers. My opinion... This stuff is not able to do what it claims!

Worked great

Tried it twice to make dry flowers and it does not work. The processed flower look withered rather than dry.

I ordered the wrong item and have them ever use this.
