Peels apart and can’t transfer
I’m not sure how this can even be used. There’s a clear top film laid over the shiny bottom layer apparently so I hem you apply transfer tape. The top layer separates from the bottom layer and you are left with a clear non adherent layer stuck to your transfer material and the shiny colored layer stuck to the original back sheet. I will never purchase this product again, it is basically garbage.
