Great Bike!
Nice bike!! Easy assembly and a comfortable ride. The components are good and the bike is built well.

Screws missing and nobody to contact
The bike arrived and we also paid extra for it to be put together.The basket can't be fitted as there are no screws and the bag holder at the back also came with no screws.Nobody to contact , so extremely disappointed.

The item bigger than described
The bike. Looked nice for a city bike yet it was bigger than described. I ordered a small yet got a huge adult size. Had to send it back. Also it was rapped in cellofan. And the cushioned handels looks like they endured a quite amount of pressure. And it is on the expensive side

Came without basket
Overall looks not bad. I did not order assembly (you need to add assembly to basket as well), so it came in a box. But there was no basket and thus i asked to return. Sorry

The bike is not assembled
The bike received is packed not assembled? in your add is clearly mentioned free professional assembly AED: 00.00 Please send technician to assemble it or send an assembled one and take the wrong non assembled one.

Great bike, but quality could have been better
We liked a lot how the bike is designed and manufactured. However, during thee assembly one of the bolt got broken (lots its head) - as the quality of the metal was low... Hope the rest are fine

It's a good size for my height (157cm) and the weight of it not heavy. I like this colour very much, the seat is soft.
