This was a great stocking stuffer for my daughter who just graduated from nursing school. Well made, and nice and solid. The ring holding it to the keychain is thick and hardened metal, so it won't come apart easily (I make jewelry, so I notice stuff like that lol) Should last a long time without coming apart. She really liked it!
