Napoleon Fireplaces Wood Burning Fireplace Insert for EPI-1402- Metallic Black

This unit is outstanding! It comes with everything complete. Little to no smoke while starting the fire. Fans came rite on after it heated up and started circulating super hot air. I had a little scratch from materials rubbing together in packaging. Contacted seller, and it was corrected immediately. Great customer service! Local suppliers sold similar units but sell door, trim and blowers extra ,driving cost up. Saving on heating oil costs already!

First the good.. IN general the stove works well, though it does not put out as much heat as i had hoped. My last stove was a Buck - which I would have bought again if they offered one that would have fit in my fireplace - which out out a lot more heat than this. Apples/Oranges as the old was catylytic and this is not. BUT one issue was a thermostat that continually cut in and out. SO I e-mail Napolean.Two weeks later I get an e-mail saying that the thermostat may be bad and to contact a supplier - But did not answer my question about the possiblilty of a higher capacity fan SO I called.First time I was on hold for 28 minutes before I gave up (I do have a life) SO I called again today.So far, I have been on the phone for 48 minutes.Stove rates 3 stars.. but their Customer service brings them down to 2 stars.P.S. I am sick of hearing French while I wait for help...

After a winter with this stove we're very happy with it. It's easy to load and clean; has a large top that fits a stock pot and other items; the fans are powerful, adjustable, and not too loud; and it puts out a lot of heat.Be very careful that the bricks are installed correctly (instructions come with the stove). The person who installed our stove installed the bricks in a haphazard fashion and we had to have the brand new stainless liner swept within a month.

This is the best. It keeps the house so warm and cozy. We had it installed Professionally. Looks beautiful So happy with this product

It's an excellent product, and which I recommend if you want to save money from the heating system. I have oil and I know I will save money.The delivery was just perfect in terms of time. actually it was ready to be deliver before that I expected. Very happy with that.
