Doesn't get hot enough
After installing on my 200,000 but reddy heater, I can see it glow but not nearly as bright as the original igniter. It never fires the first try. Sometime it takes 2 or 3 tries, sometimes it just won't ignite. It's worth dealing with the more fragile oe igniter.
