This fishing reel cover by J W Bass, has a unique label tag so you can label your fishing poles. Don't miss that fish because you are sorting through your fishing poles, now you can grab it quickly and catch more fish. Simply cut a 3 cm X 4.5 cm piece of paper, label it, and slide it into the clear label tag. Fishing Pole not included. Size Small is a snug fit on the Baitcaster reel.

Make sure that you're putting this on a small baitcasting reel!
I have quite a few reels (16 total, 13 baitcasters, 1 levelwind, and 2 spinning), all with covers of various brands. This one, by JW Bass, rates good compared to my others. The quality is good and the stitching is done well. There is enough thickness to provide adequate protection from boat rash, most dirt, and a little rain. The label window is a really functional addition (pictures A1 & B1), I have several outfits that look alike and being able to tell at glance which rod is which is nice (these would have been handy when I fished tournaments). This is a nice cover with the following two exceptions:1. The cut of the material could be a bit more generous to better cover the whole reel. There is a pretty large area in the front and rear of the reel that remains exposed allowing in more dirt and rain. The extra material would help to cover those areas (shown in pictures).2. This is for a VERY small baitcasting reel. To their credit, in their ad they state that it is a “small” and that it is a ‘snug fit’. The dimensions given (4.25” W x 4.25” H) are not a useful metric when purchasing a reel cover. A better way of describing reel cover sizes is by giving a comparison to a well-known reel size. In the pictures that I have added, I show the cover on a Shimano Japanese Scorpion (which is a ‘50’ or ‘500’ size baitcasting reel) and a Shimano Curado USA (which is a ‘100’ or a ‘1000’ size baitcasting reel). Any larger (150’s and 200’s) and forget it. It’s very tight on the 50 and the 100 sized reels but does work. I have searched the Internet looking for a medium or a large but have not found any, don’t even know if they make them in larger sizes.I’ve labeled the pictures A, for the JW Bass reel cover on a 50 sized reel.I’ve labeled the pictures B, for the JW Bass reel cover on a 100 sized reel.I’ve labeled the pictures C, for the Kufa B18 reel cover on a 200 sized reel.I added the Kufa brand reel cover as a comparison to show how well they cover a reel. The Kufa’s do not make one small enough though for a 50 sized reel. It works but it fits a little like socks on a rooster.Another difference between the Kufa and the JW Bass covers is that the Kufa’s do not wrap around the rod whereas the JW Bass do wrap around the rod.The Kufa’s are easier/faster to put on and take off. The JW Bass cover provides some protection to the star drag and part of the handle whereas the Kufa provides no protection in those same areas.I’ve labeled the pictures D that show the difference between the Kufa brand and the JW Bass brand, covering a 200 sized reel that is not mounted on a rod. You can really see how much better the Kufa covers the reel and keep in mind, the JW Bass is still suppose to wrap around the rod too which will make the fit even tighter.A4 shows a 50 sized reel.B4 shows a 100 sized reel.A2 & A3 show the areas on a 50 sized reel where there isn’t enough material to cover the complete reel.B2 & B3 show the areas on a 100 sized reel where there isn’t enough material to cover the complete reel.C2 & C3 show the same areas on a 200 sized reel with a Kufa reel cover and how well they cover the same areas that the JW Bass reel covers do not.I would buy more of the JW Bass if they made larger sizes. The Kufa’s cost less. I've gotten them for less than $2.00 a piece as an add on item before. Normally they are around $5.00.
