We recently installed 2 of Moen Ignite Chrome Five-function Shower Head, and it has transformed my shower experience. It gives great water flow and five different spray functions offer a variety of options to suit different preferences. The chrome finish looks sleek and stylish, and the build quality is excellent. I highly recommend this shower head for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom! Easy to install.

Exactly what I wanted
I read many reviews on different sites prior to purchasing this item. Cautionary comments were very helpful, but not definitive. In the end, I bought and installed this handheld shower head and it is exactly what I was looking for. Yes, the body is plastic, as pretty much everything in this business right now. But with professional installation and proper care, it installed with no issues (breakage, leaks) and is holding up just fine. And the water flow is outstanding, and so refreshing during my morning showers. And the price point can't be beat for the quality and simplicity.

Great nozzle and pressure but the 'chrome' is not metal, it's plastic
I both the chrome version to match my faucets thinking it was metal, as I'd bought a brushed metal for my girlfirned. The brushed was metal, and i thought the chrome for my house would be the same but it's plastic, but it comes with a good name, "Moen" so it works GREAT, however a little bummed it was plastic.

Decent handheld, great price
Cheapest hand held sprayer you can get (that's a major brand). Also very high flow if you remove the oring out of the wand. Head is easy to clean.

So Fresh and so clean clean
The media could not be loaded. This shower head does a great job of replacing my previous shower head. It was easy to install and the pressure is awesome. It looks great in the shower and fits right into place. Although it is a water saver you don’t notice a loss of pressure. It’s easy to cleadlm and does a great job of keeping me clean. My time in the shower probably increased by 50% it is so relaxing. Teflon tape is not recommended but I use it because I have seen leaks from shower heads in the past. This is a great and solid quality item. I would Highly recommend.

Moen Makes Top Quality Plumbing Fixtures
I renovated my house a decade ago; replacing all faucets, tub and shower valves, and shower heads, with Moen brand. All of the shower heads I originally installed were the fixed type. I've slowly converted all the shower heads to this detachable type. I stuck with Moen brand because of the great experience I've had with Moen. The finish Moen puts on all of their plumbing products is second to none. I have Moen lavatory faucets in my master bathroom that look absolutely new after ten years of daily use.The shower fixture in my photos is the subject of this review. This shower is in a guest bathroom, so I chose this fixture because the head is held securely in a bracket, not by magnets. I like and also own heads from the Magnetix line by Moen but I didn't want guests accidentally knocking this one loose while showering. The ample water flow and simple method of pattern adjustment make this a great choice for a detachable shower head. The quality of manufacturing and very durable finish make it an even better choice.I'll continue to stick with Moen for plumbing fixtures - a top name-brand known for quality.

What a disappointment
The media could not be loaded. So, my dad is a plumber, and I got a Moen product because he said their usually pretty good, I replaced the shower head myself I’ve seen him do it a million times. He even walked me through putting on Teflon tape and yadda yadda. First off, I bought it because it looked like it was going to be all metal. I mean it’s $86 you would assume all the parts were metal. They’re not, which whatever, I’m sure I could of looked that up first, but ALL but the hose is plastic, and just by using a wrench to tighten the head, I’ve already completely ruined the finish on the connection. It’s all scratched and peeling. So, red flag number 1. Red flag number 2? I can’t even get it to tighten enough to stop leaking, I assume I’m doing something wrong, except then I have my plumber dad walk me through it just to make sure I’m not an idiot. He says I’m doing everything right and with the Teflon tape I shouldn’t see any leakage. The problem is, it’s leaking from literally every joint possible. It’s leaking from the actual fixed head connection, it’s leaking from the hose attachment, both ends, and it’s leaking from where the head swivels. Lol, like I can’t make this up. I’m so disappointed, what a fail. Red flag number 3, it’s SO HARD TO CHANGE SETTINGS. You need both hands and ALL your strength to even get it to change, like what?? Why is it so freaking stiff? I’ve already replaced the shower head via amazon to see if the new one also leaks. But to be perfectly honest, even if it doesn’t I’m already turned off by how cheaply made the product is. If the second one leaks I’ll be returning all together for a completely different option, but I’m beyond annoyed. Don’t waste your time, it’s not even a good shower head for all this trouble. I guess $85 doesn’t get you very much as far as shower heads go and I’ll have to spend more $ for something decent. Video attached, please ignore my horrible old apartment walls. We rent in the city and it’s currently being repaired. Hope this helps someone!’
