Monster Bakeware 21" x 15" 24 Cup Monster Cupcake Pan, Metallic

I have seen several reviews saying how small the mini loaf's are. I don't understand why when you know the size if you read the ad! These are perfect for finger foods and little individual loaves for a dinner party. I have already used it 3 times one time used 2 oz yeast dough and it made 21 of the best little loaves of bread perfectly browned all over not 1 stuck. The other 2 times I rolled out 2 oz of brioche dough to about 6x6 sheet then placed a 1/2 oz piece of cheese then a heaping teaspoon of fried onions and red bell peppers then put about 3/4 oz of diced ham from a real ham. I then painted the edge with water stretched it over pressed it together. Then rolled in up on the seem tucked the ends under. Then placed them in one of the holes. After doing it 21 times I proofed them for 30 minutes. My oven has a proofing setting so if left out you may want to take a little longer? If you make these for over 3 or 4 people you will need two or more pans of these. I also made cornbread and they were perfect. My next attempt will be trying to make mini pies. I have other mini forms for the same kind of cooking although they work they have a harder time coming out evenly cooked. Plan on at least 4 for each guest and if you ever have left overs they reheat to almost as good as right out of the oven. I plan on making 5 batches and freezing them.

This monster mini loaf pan is well made. Works as advertised and non stick. The only draw back is that I cant use the Wilton petite loaf baking cups (1.25 x 3.25 x 2) with this pan as the size of petite caps are too large. The hole size in this pan is too small as the baking cups are squished from the start as shown in my photo. I purchased 300 of the petite cups and now I just ordered the Wilton 18 mini loaf pan to accommodate the 300 petite loaf cups I bought on Amazon. I just wanted to add this important info as I couldn't find it Customer Questions area on Amazon. So if you are planning to use with baking cups, it WILL NOT WORK with the Wilton Petite Loaf Baking cups. That is the reason for the 1 Star removal. Monster brand should sell some mini loaf cups that would fit their pan as I am not going to use this pan now. Hope this info helps others.

I was very surprised when this monster showed up. This is one big pan. It does take up one oven rack with a little room around the sides. It is very heavy compared to cheap aluminum pans. My wife and I love it. She made a batch of 24 regular sized cupcakes in one go. We used paper liners. They came out perfect. As an avid home chef and baker (the wife) we are very pleased. We highly recommend.

This pan is exactly what I was looking for. Yes the cavities are small, that's the freaking point of the pan. I made mini loaves of banana bread, Italian bread, pond cake, all sorts of things. This pan is perfect.

I absolutely love tgis pan. My kids requested banana bread for their school birthday treats this year and the loaves in this pan were the perfect size for a snack size treat! I will likely never make a normal size pan of banana bread again. This also cut the baking time by at least half for my recipe! If you are on the fence about this item I say get it! You wont regret it

as described &very effective, my first try of making small double chocolate zucchini bread mini loaves came out evenly baked, the sizes were more like a cupcake shaped to a mini loaf. The pan fit just right in my oven, for smaller ovens, I would recommend measuring first before you purchase this because it literally fit just enough to slide the pan in and out with maybe an inch or less allowance on both sides.

This is an amazing cookware product that I use quite often!! I make mini cakes and also individual portions of meatloafs or even little quiches or bread! There are numerous possibilities!! So easy to clean also!! Many I know are purchasing this!!

I received the cookie sheet with dents in it and it was a bit distorted, but I figured it was good enough to use. The sheet works well at lower temperatures, but as soon as I baked over 350F it became distorted in the oven with one end bending so far up I opened the oven to check if it was stuck on something. Is there a maximum heat for the sheet? I couldn't find it if there was one listed.
