Merlot Twin Full Staircase Bunk with Trundle

I was skeptical to purchase an item such as this online...sight unseen. Due to the reviews and really liking the way it looked I went for it. All I can say is WOW. It was easy for my husband and I to assemble in a reasonable amount of time. It's solid, well constructed and my daughter LOVES it. Couldn't be happier with our purchase...and all thanks to the reviews. I even called the seller from a mattress store to ask a question about mattress depths and they were very helpful. Highly recommend.

We have been using this since last 6+ months now. My 7 years daughter enjoys this a lot. When we received the product, one item was incorrectly holed. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. Also sent the middle support for lower bed for free along with that. Another small issue, the approx 1 feet side wooden piece in upper bed that is vertical and its objective is to provide support to the frame, it is loose now and it cannot be tighten up as the hole for this is already wide. I suppose the frame wood may not be of good quality. Another point, the draw's base is very weak. So do not expect to keep any heavy or even less then heavy stuff there. It is just good for kids' clothing.

We love these bunkbeds! They are awesome. My husband and neighbor put them together last night in about 2.5 hours, and my girls were thrilled to wake up to the surprise this morning! They are very sturdy and stable, the color is beautiful, and I love the storage! I love the stairs and the safety rails on the top bunk. They are perfect for my 2 and 4 year old girls. We feel like we got an amazing product for a great price!!!

This really is a neat bunk bed, the color is rich and nice and there is enough depth up top so you don't have to worry so much about any child while sleeping. Slightly disappointed that there were apparent cracks in a couple of places that they attempted to conceal, but overall a great purchase.

This bed is beautiful and the kids love it. The only criticism is the directions were a bit tricky. The key is to look at each picture very carefully. We had a couple extra boards left over and realized, from the photo of the bed, that they are rail supports for the upper bed. It arrived in good shape and took around 3 hrs to put together with my 5 yr old "helping" : ). Good, solid quality, an highly recommended.

A great value. Very well thought out and engineered with assembly in mind. As a rule, I dread the thought of assembling furniture. This bed is the exception. I'm actually looking forward to moving so that I can build this one again. I'm absolutely thrilled with the bed, and the outstanding service I received from the seller. During assembly I found one relatively insignificant bolt that was defective. I e-mailed the seller. They replied quickly and almost immediately mailed the replacement part with a spare free of charge. GREAT VALUE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT BED! I couldn't be more pleased.

Bed frame cracked within 1 year of purchase. Five-year-old who weighs about 50 lbs was jumping on it. Very disappointing.

First I'll list what I like about these bunk beds. These bunk beds went together easily. Took less than 3 hours. The stair/drawer part comes preassemebled which is a plus. The finish is very nice and looks great. The quality is pretty good and we got our order fairly quickly. The drawers are nice but on the smallish side. The stairs are so much better than a ladder.What I don't like. There were knicks in the wood. We found some finish to touch it up and it's not too noticeable. The board for the trundle does not lay flat. Almost like it's warped and has a slight u shape. The shipper was supposed to call my cell prior to delivery so we could be there and inspect everything. They did not. They left the product in our garage but in a really bad spot. The trundle does not slide easily but we only got it for sleepover guest. The mattress has to be pretty thin to fit. All in all a great buy and a good product. Boys love it.
