Larabar Cashew Cookie bars are my absolute favorite snack, especially for hiking and road trips! They’re not only delicious but also made with simple, wholesome ingredients that keep me fueled on the go. The rich, nutty flavor is so satisfying, and they’re just the right size to tuck into my bag for quick energy.These bars were also a lifesaver when I was doing the Whole30 diet. It’s hard to find snacks that are compliant, but Larabar has you covered with these. They kept me on track without feeling like I was missing out on anything tasty.

Gluten free, with natural ingredients. You can’t beat that!!

Yep, I loved everything about Larabar, especially this one, Cashew Cookie which is dates and cashews. I was hoping it has overall low glycemic index, as they say about dates. GI was supposed to be even lower when still sugary dates are mixed with cashews. Well, I was eating lots of Larabar lately, and these were my only sources of carbs. And unfortunately, I am getting slowly fatter with these. So, to my great regret, I have to say goodbye to Larabar. It's not keto, and probably not that low GI as I hoped. I wish manufacturers stated the GI of their products on packages, so we could decide easier then trial and error.Adding when bought again March 2020. This new batch feel much fresher, as if just made. And not that sweet to my taste, as before. Which is great, I did not like too much sweetness. I bought again, because with my gluten sensitivity, there are not that many choices of products, that feel satiating. These fit the bill, and at least no added sugar. I dont do keto anymore, just try to stay low gly and gluten free. This is a great product to stockpile during this quarantine too.

Really good, convenient, no preservatives! I have a nut allergy, so, if the nuts are processed in a factory that also processes other nuts, I will react. I have had no issues with box after box of the cashew cookie (i.e., cashews + dates) Larabars. These are what I would make in my home if I had a date tree and a cashew tree...and had the dexterity and time to food-process them into a bar. I like them and I will keep buying them.I did read some people had issues with some bars freshness. I wonder if that is because the 'middle-man' didn't store then correctly before the customer received them. As for me, I have had over a dozen boxes (over the last 2 years) and all have been fresh and tasted great.

I constantly reorder this 16 count box of cashew-cookie Lara bars for my own grab-and-go snack. I have continued to to re-stock them for a few years now. Here is an honest review based on years of experience with this product.The positives:Cashew-cookie has a great flavor. It has a long shelf-life and stays fresh even when left in a hot car or gym bag for weeks.These are also convenient on the go because they aren't at all messy. And they're pure with a couple simple, healthy ingredients and no added chemicals.The cons: they're pricey. The Amazon price is significantly cheaper than the store price. However the Amazon price is still expensive.Also every few boxes I'll receive one that is stale. They apparently do go stale at some point and those boxes are still sold.Most of my deliverues are fresh but no guarantees.

Love the chewy rich flavor and only two ingredient make it a great snack or meal substitute on the go!

Larabars taste great, and don't contain sugar. That is what makes them my favorite snack bar.
