Magic Box, Apple CarPlay Wireless Adapter Plus Netflix Hulu YouTube Disney+, and Android Auto Wireless Adapter

Initial instillation was documented, and went smoothly. The wireless carplay worked as expected. When it comes to the additional features like Netflix, Utube, and the USB Flash drive, Any meaningful decimation was woefully lacking. The manual touches on how to connect to a hotspot from your phone, but details are pretty short. Then the fun starts. Normally I go to Utube in situations like this, but this product is not on Utube. If you're the kind of person that loves pushing random buttons without a clue what they do, you'll be delighted with this product. After over a hour of fooling with it, I was finally able to make all the different functions work. (Only in the garage though.) The unit gets uncomfortably hot too. I read somewhere the upper temp range is 158 degrees, so maybe 'HOT' is normal? Another thing I particularly don't like is, to connect to anything other than carplay, It will completely disconnect carplay. To return to carplay, it has to go through the connection process again. Working with the Netflex and Utube apps through a hotspot connection, the video was jumpy. (That might have been due to me being in the garage though.) What I think I will be using the most, other than carplay, is the USB flash drive. Good luck finding the files, and how to activate them, Once you figure that out, it seems to work well with both video and music. Bottom line is, I'm keeping the unit but, if it had come with DETAILED instructions covering all of it's features, I would have given it 4 stars. I just changed my rating to 5 stars. The manufacture sent me the nicest, detailed, response that addressed my concerns. Made me feel like they had my back as opposed to sitting on a island by myself. They also sent me a more detailed manual they had made for the product, which I found helpful. Apparently my unit is operating under the normal heat range, so no concerns there. This dongle does work as advertised, and you will be happy with it.

Good idea but it just doesn't work. Easy to hook up, one cable USB to your cars outlet and that's it. From there on, the issues start. It's ok if you want only wireless Carplay. It works for that. BUT the issue is, it's expensive for only that. There're many other cheaper alternatives only for that. So the real problem is the Netflix/Youtube/Video part which makes this thing expensive and unique. These features are on a separate screen. Impossible to make them connect to iphone 13 plus pro hot spot. Impossible to type the passwords for Netxlix for example without a touchscreen. Just a hassle all around. After 2 hours playing , to no success with it, I am returning it!

Absolutely love this item. The tech team is also amazing. Would recommend to anyone I use velcro to secure it to the side so it's not in the way. Super sleek and small. It's amazing. Sometimes you need to clear the cache and restart your car after extensive use. Great for a long road trips. Netflix and Hulu do work. Runs off of your Wi-Fi on your phone using hotspot. Truly a great buy!! And again, the customer service is amazing. They answer in a timely fashion if anything is wrong and they're very supportive!! That's very hard to come by nowadays. It truly is plug and Play very simple setup. Thank you!!!

was amazing for cross country trip. A year later wee took it out to prepare for trip and red light blinks and nothing loads. pretty bummed I can find no manual online for support

Slow to connect. When it does connect you can’t even watch a movie because it is always buffering. You tube can’t connect to videos on hotspot in good quality. I can’t even log onto Netflix it says wrong password constantly. Disney plus did work though but it buffered every 3 minutesPlus you have to keep the engine on the whole time or be in Aux draining your battery if you want use it

Tried it and you can’t screen mirror. It has apps like Hulu and others but even if you’re able to sign in all it does is load and load and load won’t play anything. Don’t buy waist of money I’m returning it today. Same day I got it.

I was like some of you, skeptical at first. Bought my first on in July 0f 2022 and it worked great, until I could not update the Disney app for my daughter (Early 2023). I thought I was stuck with the remaining Hulu and Netflix, so I bought a Onince 2.0 September of 2023. LOVE it and its appearance physically and on my car dash. I was able to contact customer and they helped me not only figure out out to install the update but how to add additional streaming apps through APK Pure Light. Now Ive added additional apps like Start, Peacock and HBO Max to increase my viewing pleasure. All in All don't give up on this product, the 2.0 Or any additional product they come out with. Just ask for assistance and they will help you! 5 stars all the way and my road trips are that much more enjoyable.
