WIWUiPad Keyboard Case for iPad Air 11 2024(M2), iPad Air 5th/4th Gen, Detachable Case with Vertical Support,Pencil Holder,Trackpad, 7-Color Backlit

I searched high and low because I'm an artist but I also like to write at times. I needed something that wouldn't trade off the ability for me to keep my apple pencil but would also let me type. I also didn't want to spend additional money on a separate laptop or chromebook. This does it all! It turns my iPad into a lightweight laptop but still lets me keep my apple pencil secure. I especially like that the keyboard is detachable because I draw more than I write and it would be difficult to draw with the keyboard permanently attached. Some people may complain that you can't charge your apple pencil and write with this, but if you are sitting at a desk you actually can, just make sure it is securely attached with the magnets. Also, the fit is perfect, just make sure you really really read the instructions carefully. I also like to protective elements of this case. The screen is completely covered and the camera has a raised Edge to protect it as does the screen. The keyboard feels nice and the trackpad feels good too. The trackpad control is a little bit loose, but I think that's because the iPad is not natively set up for Mouse use. Still, this isn't anything to complain about. I did not realize that the keyboard backlight came in different colors. I tend to like the darker colors because my eyes are very tired from looking at screens, but it is lovely! Pairing can get a little confusing from time to time, but this could just be me. Battery life seems okay, but I don't use it consistently enough to know if it will support long typing sessions. Overall, I highly recommend this because it is extremely versatile. With the screen angle being able to be adjusted, the use of the keyboard, and the Secure Storage of the apple pencil, you just can't get better than this.

Pros: I was a little skeptical of this product due to the it being made in china. However I’m so glad i was wrong, this case and keyboard are great. The keys are very tactile and feel like a laptop keyboard. The case layout is great in how it folds and how the back hinge holds the screen in just about any position you want. The backlighting on the keyboard makes it a breeze to us in low light or night conditions without being over powering. It also helps that there are so many colors and brightness levels to choose from. Allowing you to not only personalize it but also help with seeing the keys. The quick keys are a wonderful convenience as well as all the functions of the track pad. I also really like that the keyboard can be separated from the screen. I’m paralyzed from the chest down and it allows me to put the screen in my gooseneck mount and have the keyboard in my lap while sitting in my recliner. It’s also a nice feature if you were just watching a video and didn’t want the keyboard in the way. Overall the durability feels great (especially for being made in china) and I haven’t dropped it yet, but the case on the screen feels just as if not more robust than most other cases on the market. There is also a slot to hold an Apple Ipencil or stylist between the screen and keyboard. It’s nice to have it in reach when you need it. Lastly the battery hasn’t been an issue and I’ve used it off and on for 3-4 days without recharging and it never died.Cons: There are only three things i would say they could improve on. First is the unit is a little heavy and when you’re disabled every little bit of extra weight you have to drag around makes things a little harder. The other issue i have is the apple IPencil holder. There is plenty of room on either side where they could have made a spot to store the Gen 1 IPencil charger. I did take the small charger and wrapped a small rubber band around it so it would stay in the slot that’s there, but it would have been nice if it was set up for it. Lastly and it’s not a big deal but it would be nice if they also had a model that used the same Apple IPad charger. Again being disabled, having to carry another charging cord means more weight and a little more difficulties.All in all i am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking to increase the functionality of their IPad. They did a great job designing and producing this!!

My iPad Pro is 10.5" and cases fitting it are hard to find! I ordered and received this WIWU keyboard/ touch case for my iPad just a few days ago and was very happy to find that it fits perfectly. Although I don't have long-term experience with the WIWU, it seems durable and sturdy, and should protect my iPad quite well. The WIWU replaces another much-loved and long-used keyboard case, also equipped with a magnetic hinge to connect the two parts. Over time, that hinge became less powerful and the top and bottom parts often separated at inopportune times. So far the WIWU excels in this area with a very strong hinge magnet; only time will tell how well it will remain effective. I like the multiple backlighting colors, and how well the brightness adjusts. The touchpad is a super nice feature, although I have barely used it so far. The WIWU has a convenient spot for the Apple pencil, handily placed near the hinge. I consider the one flaw of the WIWU to be the tricky access to its easel-style stand -- it's attached very securely to the back of the iPad holder with access being a slit located just under the camera cutout, and it isn't an easy task to pull the stand part free to bend it down to put it to use. Overall, however, I like this keyboard case very much and hope to get several good years of use with it.

I loved the Logitech keyboard but it had issues disconnecting all the time and the case on the actual iPad came apart pretty fast. The zagg case was good but no stand for the back of the iPad. Was limited on how you could view. No vertical stand and the track pad was awfully slow. Only good thing on the Zagg was the keyboard itself. This keyboard here is pretty much perfect. Good sturdy case. Can angle it how ever you want and can put it vertically for video calls. The key board is a joy to use. Nice strong keys but bounce effortlessly letting you type and hit keys super easy. Set up extremely easy and I didn’t think i would like the pen holder underneath but it is slim and discrete. The track pad is extremely smooth and moves with ease just like the Logitech keyboard. Highly recommend this for anybody who uses their iPad like a MacBook!

Easy to fit on Apple air iPad, not too heavy either.Great little keyboard,I like the lit keyboard too. Really pleased with it and keyboard is easily detached to have it further away, if you prefer to type that way while propping up the iPad on its own. Well made!

Excellent versatile little case. I love how you can remove the keyboard and still have the kickstand on the other half so that it's able to stand on it's own- Which is the main reason I chose this model, since many others rely on the keyboard attachment to hold up the ipad itself.The only small downside is that the kickstand is a little difficult to pull out due to the magnets holding it in place and it's very flush to the back of the case so there is really no where to get your fingers under to get a good grip on it. It also feels a little thin/flimsy, but so far seems sturdy enough. Plus it was a very tight fit for the 12.9" 6th gen ipad pro. Very difficult to get it into the case, not sure about taking it out as I haven't attempted yet.

I want a case that can provide food save if my iPad pro but able to stand alone without keyboard. This case can stand up at both portraits and landscape mode with or without keyboard. Dual position for apple pen, one for charging . The quality, look and texture are better than other models or brand in the market.If I have to say something that can be better, I would say the touchpad can be a bit bigger , add a extra piece of part with magnet to wrap the keyboard with the case. If add on an optional detachable stand alone screen cover, that will be even better. Then we can pick either keyboard or just screen cover base on our routineAs a whole, great product.

Nice product very well put together. Love the detachable key board and the overall finish on the case. The keyboard is hard to read as it’s not lit. I recommend this item.
