i ordered the 5xl however i am regularly a 3x in shirts, it fit fine to me (nice and snug). my breasts are a D cup and at first i couldn't zip it but since the material is somewhat stretchy i just grabbed it by the bottom where is zips on both side pulled it away from my breasts some and it zipped up fine (just like getting in your fav pair of tight jeans). It has a cute little ipod pocket so you can jig to your tunes while working out. it does smell weird so wear over you shirt instead of against your skin.
