Works well tracking steps and sleep patterns daily. I bought this so to track sleep patterns as I’ve recently been diagnosed with PTSD and started on a medication to help w that as I was not sleeping well w panic attack’s during the night. Down side is the the face of the device scratches and Scuffs easily wearing it all the time. Up side: inexpensive enough to purchase another one if the face scratches get that bad not to be able to see the readings time, date and steps until syncing daily.

I recently purchased this item at first it was a little hard to figure our. But it does everything it says. And so far I am pleased with it. Not to mention the price is great.
