I have purchased new phone and seller sold me 16 month used and broken phone.
I have ordered a New phone Samsung A33 and i received 16 month used phone and it is out of warranty.They have done fraud with me.I got to know all these after contacting Samsung service center. They told me its a 16 months used phone and have connectivity issues and does not carry any warranty with it.

No headphone jack, no charger
I dont understand, why a mobile company does not provide a charger with it? Is it something not necessary? Why user should buy it paying extra?So the actual cost of mobile increases with additional charger cost. This is a pure marketing strategy I believe.Secondly, the mobile does not have a headphone jack. So user cant use regular earphones. Which i personally didnt like.Battery life is not good. I have used M31s which was far better Battery than this model.So overall the price they are charging is high if you compare with other products.
