Bought on Amazon because it was cheaper than at my local herb shop. I had some sort of urinary infection (E. coli found in my urine, but not a UTI) and my doctor gave me some antibiotics. I started taking these (4 capsules/day) around the same time as the antibiotics. By the end of the antibiotic treatment, I was still having some burning symptoms, so I upped my UTSoothe dosage to their "suggested accelerated use" (2 capsules 5x daily). Symptoms went away after a couple days of that, and got another urine test that came back with no E. coli found. Sometimes after sex I'll start to feel some burning coming back when I pee, so now I just take a couple capsules whenever I feel some burning and it seems to keep these recurring or chronic(?) symptoms at bay.

This is literally the Tylenol version for bladder pain. It takes away pain in a matter of seconds. I love that this formula allows me to take it constantly without the fear of adverse events. This formula has literally saved me from so much discomfort, and has increase the quality of my life. I am young and have suffered from constant UTI like symptoms for years now, and modern medicine has yet to give me an answer as to why. I can now stop throwing away money on countless doctor visits, and be content with occasionally taking this pill for mild-quite mild abdominal pain.

This has been my go to product for several years now. I use it at the first sign of urinary discomfort until the discomfort goes away. I usually can expect relief at the acute usuage dose in 2 days. Generally I follow with the non acute dosage for 5 days. This product works well for me. I always try to keep it on the shelf.

The product worked however I expected more probiotics than this had listed. Over all a good product
