Pretty solid gaming headset - Detailed Review
I was looking for an inexpensive gaming headset to tide me over while my other headset is getting warranty exchanged. I read many reviews on sub $25 headsets but I felt like many of the reviews were untrustworthy so I decided to take a flyer on the Nuoxi N5. They were new, looked pretty decent, and the price was right. Detailed review to follow. Short version: Audio won't blow you away, but the mic works fine, they are comfortable, and the build quality seems pretty good. I would recommend for the price.AUDIO:In my opinion the audio is not the greatest, but I did not expect the same audio experience as my more expensive headphones/headset. These are a little bass heavy (not in a good way IMO) and overall sound is not very full. I expect they might get a little better with some breaking in. Personally I would not listen to music with these, but they are fine for gaming which is what I am primarily using these for. The sound stage is decent so you can tell where things are coming from in-game. Wasn't too bad for movies either. There is a volume control wheel on the left ear casing.MIC:People said they could hear me loud and clear on discord so all good on the mic. I like that the mic is flexible so you can move it around a bit to get it closer to or further away from your mouth. The mic is fixed, however, so you would not be able to rotate it up when not in use. There also is no mute button.COMFORT:This headset is pretty comfortable. I have a large head (size 7 5/8 hat size) and they are not tight at all. They are light on the head and the ear pads are soft. I did not have any ear or head pain after a gaming session. My ears did get a bit warm, but not uncomfortably so.BUILD QUALITY:Seems solidly built. I have had more expensive headsets that had plastic stress points around the headband area which would inevitably break. These have a thin metal outer headband that looks like it would be hard to break. I do not readily see any points of weakness. Maybe the thin plastic casing around the ear pads or the inner headband, but I believe they should be perfectly fine under normal use. The cord has an additional plastic casing that makes it pretty sturdy as well and prevents kinks.OTHER:The cord terminates in two 1/8" male plugs (audio and mic) and one usb. The usb is just to power the lighting on the headset which I chose to leave unplugged. A small Y-adapter is included that can be used if you have a single input for headphones and mic. No additional software or drivers are needed. The headset came in a clear plastic bag in a plain brown box (which means to me that I didn't pay more for fancy packaging). It came with instructions which were written in very bad English and are pretty much useless unless you want to have a laugh at how bad it is (like how bad the product the description is on Amazon lol). The product page says it has a one year warranty, but no warranty information was provided. Product page says to email the vendor if the need arises.Overall, it's pretty much just what I needed so I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive gaming headset. The big question is how long it will last. I'll be sure to update this review if it suddenly stops working but so far so good.

Exceeded expectations in all areas!
Pros:- Arrived on time as expected-Sound quality is GREAT for the price. These cans have a decent amount of bass for a sub $20 product-Games sound good and music playback is clean with both the treble and midrange sound clear and distortion free with the volume all the way up-Good build quality (braided mic/headphone/usb cords are a nice touch)-RGB "bling" on the cans and mic tip is a nice touch for such an inexpensive product-Comfortable to wear for long periods of timeCon's:-Would have prefered it wasn't plastic braiding they wrapped the cord in but not gonna mark em down for that-Would have prefered either a removable mic or the ability to move it up/dn on a swivel b/c as it stands there is only limited movement for the mic-RGB "bling" isn't controllable like on my Razer Keyboard and Mouse (not really a "con" more like a 'would have been nice to have')Conclusion:Was pleasantly surprised when these arrived yesterday. Was expecting something cheap feeling and sounding but got neither. Good build quality combined with "as promised" delivery plus decent sound puts these headphone's at the top of my list for sub $20 gaming or audio enjoyment.

Great Headset
This headset is a great buy. The sound is crisp and clear. I use teamspeak3 to talk to friends when I'm gaming and they've told me that they can hear my nice and clear. The cups are big and cover the ears well. The microphone is very sensitive and picks up my voice easily. The usb cable is used to power the lights that are in the ear cups and the mic. If you want to use this on a console like the xbox one or a ps4 you will need to purchase an trrs adapter. Overall I am greatly impressed with this headset and would recommend it to anyone. Make sure the volume slider is turned up!
The mic works but no sound comes out of the headset. I tried both headphone/speaker jacks and they didn't work and there's no drivers for it apparently. It turns out the volume slider wasn't turned up!However after a while the padding starts to flake off a bit so be careful with that. Other than that, pretty decent for their price

As an avid World of Warcraft player I was looking for a Headset with a mic and the NUOXI N5 has met my every expectations. The sound is awesome and my friends with whom I play with say I come in loud and clear on the mic. They are very comfortable on my head and I love the soft cushiony ear pads. I am going to buy a couple more of these just to have whenever the current Headset wears out. And for the price you cant beat them. I would highly recommend these to all my friends.

Works well. Adapter included. Ears hurt tho
Headphones sound great. They have 2 3.5mm aux chords, one for the mic and one for the speaker, but a dual female to male adapter is included with the headset. The ear cushions are a little shallow, so the speakers press against the ears a little and it hurts after a couple hours.Update: mic doesnt work after 1 month of use.

Started out working as expected for the price. It did what it was supposed to do.Fast forward not even a month later and the mic gave out. I am not a violent gamer. I treat my headsets with respect. I know this was cheap, but I less than a month of light use is absolutely ridiculous. I guess the saying runs true...you get what you pay for....At least I now have an ugly, light up paper weight...

Comfortable headphones with great sound
Comfortable headphones with great sound. They sound better than some expensive sets I've had in the past. The color smoothly changes from hue to hue. They only light up when using the USB plug, not just the audio jack- but this isn't a problem, in my opinion.
