Protein-packed treat, picky-eater approved
This is a fan favourite with my animals, and a good source of extra protein for picky eaters.I have a VERY picky eater of the canine persuasion who is just now coming out of a few-weeks-long bout of not wanting to eat his dinner, despite otherwise being perfectly healthy and happy, for the second time in his life. This time it happened after I (his momma/primary caretaker) had been away on a 2 week work trip and left his dad to care for him; he ate his normal chow happily while I was gone (and was NOT fed treats), but when I returned, he flat-out refused to eat for days. We've been through this song and dance before so I immediately ordered some of these fillets and waited for them to arrive. The first time my pet lost his appetite like this, we took him to the vet several times, who confirmed he was just in a mood and would be fine as long as he is getting *something* to eat, which he is: oddly enough, he LOVES fruit/veggie treats and will happily gobble down as many blueberries, apples, tomatoes, carrots, etc. as you give him. Obviously, he needs more protein than his chosen diet provides, so something had to give. He will occasionally accept a slice or two of the best organic/natural plain cooked chicken I can find (bought just for him, as all humans in our households are vegetarians), but will eschew any sizeable amount of anything super healthy for him when he's in one of these moods, and flat out rejects any dry or wet dog food (or even cat food). However, just let me open one of these little chicken fillets, and he goes nuts. The whole thing is gone in about a minute, which is a big feat for a tiny little 4-lb guy. It's -not- a sustainable diet, but it had our vet's approval as a temporary measure for getting our pet to intake more protein/calories without forcing Nutrical down his throat (which he HATES). Last time, after a few weeks, he was back to his normal self, and this go around, just this morning his dinner bowl - full of normal kibble - was mostly empty.I like that the ingredients are fairly simple, and the fact that it's a plain old piece of meat seems to suit my pets' natural dietary instincts. ALL the animals in my house crowd around for a morsel of fillet! I recommend these as a treat supplementary to a healthy, balanced diet, or as appetite encouragement for a picky eater.

Loved
My cat loves this stuff and gets really excited when I take out a packet. It's just a simple small filet of chicken with a little bit of broth. It is a bit pricey for what it is, but I think it's worth the treat once awhile. He devours all of it and licks the plate dry getting every last bit.

Big hit with my cat
Very well received treat for my 1yo male cat. I was surprised that out of the package it was basically a regular sized chicken tender like I would buy from the store and cook up myself. I'm sure there's a preservative or two in there, otherwise it would go bad quickly at room temperature. It smells and feels like tender baked chicken. Each filet is quite large, so I've been splitting them in half. That equates to 12 total treats for under $10. That's a great deal, if you can get them here on Amazon. It works great as a topper as well, if you break it up and shred it with your fingers first. Or you can leave it whole and let the cat "hunt" it. Just don't leave it out for too long, because like with all chicken, it will get smelly pretty quickly.

Cats go crazy for it!!!
My cats absolutely love these chicken fillets! We order 3-4 boxes every week for them. Always arrive on time (usually the same day or the next day the latest).
