I was very skeptical about purchasing this, because after major weight loss I lost SO MUCH hair so now my hair is beyond thin and pin straight and I was concerned it would literally just fall out or not even work. I bit the bullet and decided to try this and it is AWESOME! It did take me a few tries to get it down, but once I figured it out it was so cute. I love it so much and am so happy I can finally do something with my hair.

Not what I thought it would be. Hard for me to handle.

I took some time before I wrote this review because since I've purchased it I've cut my hair shorter. Wanted to see how it worked with long and medium length hair. For reference, I had long straight thick hair that probably reached below my mid-back. I used this with long hair I found that I needed to make it work. First, I would put my hair in a ponytail (i used my own because the one it comes with did nothing). Then I would place the tool on the mid-length of the ponytail and run it down to almost the end. I would begin to wrap the hair around the tool (hope that makes sense) and here is where it got tricky. As you begin to wrap it up, if you have layers, the hairs wouldn't get captured in the wrapping and are left loose - then at the point where you would snap it to a bun, not all hairs were captured in the bun. So at this point, I'm left with a bun that has its own ponytail. When I had longer hair what I would do is wrap that leftover hair around the bun and then secure it with the elastic that came with the set. Basically, a lot of work just to get a bun! Now with shorter hair maybe 1 inch past my shoulders, I cant wrap the loose hairs around. I like the concept of it and I'm sure other girls will be able to use this no problem but for me, I couldn't make this work.

I love that it comes in a three pack because I tend to lose things easily. They are pretty easy to use but there is a bit of a learning curve to get the perfect bun every time. Once you figure out where to start rolling it in your hair (especially with layers involved) it’s a quick and easy way to do your hair and have it hold all day.

It's very convenient to make a quick bun. We got this for when my nine-year-old needs to get ready for her ballet class and I'm not there to help do her hair. She can easily do it on her own neatly and she adds a scrunchie around to finish the look. It holds an entire day. I took a star off because I think it may damage the hair a bit where it bends the hair in the clip.

Purchased to assist my 11 year old with the perfect competition bun for gymnastics. If you’re good with hair, it’s great, however for a young child trying to do herself, it didn’t work too well. It is very tight, but held up for a meet with all the jumping and flipping

Me gustó mucho el producto, hace años había tenido uno similar y me gusta porque te hace el chongo (moño) muy rápido. Se necesita práctica para enrollarlo porque un extremo está abierto, pero lo puedes solucionar poniendole una liga para cabello. Apenas llevo usándolo 2 veces, ya veremos cuando dura.

Actually very easy to use, though it takes a little practice to get a tight bun. Once you get the hang of it, it’s a very, very quick hairstyle when you’re running late in the morning!Great hold, I can wear this all day while working. Bon il faut surement plus de pratique, mais cet objet n'est pas du tout aussi simple a mettre en place qu'il n'y parait ! Franchement, je ne vis pas ce que cela apporte de plus qu'un simple chignon, d'autant que lorsqu'on réussi enfin à la positionner correctement, la forme finale est assez bizarre et ne fait pas du tout naturelle !
