As a 5’4” woman, it’s not remotely comfortable for back sleeping in either orientation (it’s chin-to-chest bad on the higher side, and not deep enough to flip around to use the lower side without bumping up against the lofty end).That said, it is the best side-sleeping pillow I’ve had. Firm enough to keep my neck aligned and take the crumple strain off my shoulders, gentle on the ears, cool and comfy. Been a couple weeks of use now with no deformations, so here’s to hoping it holds out for a while.I did unzip its provided cover and air it out a few days at an open window, which dramatically reduced its smell, but it was also much less stinky to start with than other foam products (pillows, mattresses, etc.) I’ve tried before.

So my neck and upper trapezius has been killing me and it’s due to my pillows and sleep positioning. I found this memory foam pillow and thought I should give it a try because I am in so much pain I need a new pillow. The pillow came packaged in an air tight sealed bag. The pillow started to inflate once remove from package. The pillow has a really good combination between firm and softness. I love that the pillow has the curvature for head and neck made into the actual pillow. The case can be unzipped and washed. The pillow is a nice size not too big or too small. I really hope that this pillow can relieve my neck pain but so far so good. Today I took a nap with the pillow and it for sure help during that short period of time. Definitely would recommend for people who have problems with neck pain during sleep.

Omg this pillow is nothing short of a little miracle!!! I have suffered with 3 prolapsed discs in my neck and 2 in my lower spine for years. I've also been diagnosed with Chronic Fibromyalgia so as a result of being in severe pain all day every day I have to take extremely strong painkillers to manage my pain levels. I'm an extremely poor sleeper and I've been a side sleeper all my life so wasn't sure if I'd manage with this pillow. Normally I sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees ans an extra 2 pillows under my arm to raise it to take pressure off my shoulder and neck. Despite all this I still wake up in severe pain.With this pillow I had no problem sleeping on my back! I also didn't snore and wake myself up which I thought might happen. It is soooooo comfortable, like a little cocoon around my neck and shoulders. I've slept so well in this past week since I've had it, I just can't begin to tell you. But the most AMAZING thing is I've woken up refreshed and pain free for this last four nights. Something I've not experienced for over 30 years!!!!! I can't believe it. The only thing in my life that's changed this week is this pillow - so it must be that.I could do a little happy dance right now as I love my pillow so much. It's absolutely 100% given me my life back when I thought there was no way out to escape the pain. Can't recommend it highly enough!!!!!!!!!

Was having trouble sleeping and decided it may be at least partly due to my old lumpy traditional pillows. I had previously had a memory foam neck pillow a few years ago as I get neck / back / shoulder pain, so this time I decided to opt for a full pillow. Whilst it has not been a cure for insomnia, I have been sleeping a little better and I definitely find it a lot more comfortable and supportive than my old pillow. The only thing I find is it's not quite tall enough for me to use on it's own so I get around this by using it on top of my old quite flat traditional pillow.I decided to go for this pillow as it seemed the most reasonably priced in relation to the average rating it received. Excellent experience with the seller. Arrived very promptly to my chosen location (for free delivery) and I was constantly updated on it's progress. Would definitely recommend the pillow and seller.

Yesterday I received the pillows for my toddlers, I was anxiously waiting for them. But when I took to unpacking them I smelled something like mold and toilet cleaner. I waited a few hours in order to ventilate . But in the evening when the kids wanted to do their night sleep , they just couldn't sleep because of that smell that was spreading in the room. I washed them today (I know , it's counterproductive ). They really broke , but at least they stopped smelling. Here I am now getting them ready to throw away and I would never buy them again, just 51 pounds thrown to the wind . I would really like it if you could send me new ones that don't smell, but the ones I have are for the trash.

Comfortable pillow, bought to help with a neck and rotator cuff problem. My previous neck pillow was hard.This pillow fit the bill exactly. Whilst made of memory foam it was soft and supportive, just what I was looking for. It cradles the head, when lying both on your back or on your side, keeping your neck in the correct alignment. Although, when you first see and feel the pillow, you may not think it will offer good support, but it does. There is also no odour.It has a silky soft zipped cover, which can be removed for washing. The pillow fits in a standard pillow case with ease. My only issue is, whilst initially it feels cool to lay on, being memory foam it does get warm, but not too warm.All in all it is a great buy and gave me the best nights sleep for a long time, after trying many pillows beforehand to find this one, that works perfectly for me.

If you are suffering from neck pain and shoulder pain this calms things fast. It really does relieve weight on shoulder and neck considerably. I am worried it will lose its sturdiness- but it’s still early days.
