SensationailPolish to Gel Transformer Starter Kit

Had to buy a whole kit when what I needed was only 1 or 2 bottles

Arrived with one of the bottles of product leaking, covering everything in a sticky substance. Exterior box has multiple different nail polish colors covering it. Not what I would expect for a “new” item. The Amazon box itself was I damaged so clearly the product was defective/broken from the start.

The primer leaked in shipping all over the directions, I can’t use them. Would someone send some directions to me?

Fortunately, I had product from another purchase to be able to utilize the gel itself. But the primer and cleaner both leaked into the packaging and there was hardly any left.

Damaged when received

My kit didn't have a base coat and the gel cleanser bottle was half empty. It also didn't have a dropper. The gel light was absolutely TERRIBLE and didn't work at all. The transformer serves its purpose and has lasted over a week so far on my nails. The rest of the kit sort of sucks though.

Been using my kit since April, it works really well, stops me making a mess of my freshly painted nails and lasts for approx 7-10 days whereas normal nail polish alone lasts about 3 days. It isn't as difficult to use as I imagined it would be, I use the mixing method. Sometimes it dilutes the colour down a little so you would need more coats. I think it has helped to strengthen my nails too because they have grown! I look forward to doing my manicure once a week.

Fine when it worked. Avoid the seller Mk_Online304 too as they were rude and unhelpful when it went wrong. I gave up in the end trying to get a resolution.

works perfectly!! Turns any normal nail polish into gel nail polish

The lamp was not working properly - never baked any of the nail polish, which was included, neither it did any other (other lamps did), so I am assuming that the product was faulty, hence my dissatisfaction.

I just cant seem to get this working without my nails peeling, chipping or smudging
