A wee bit on the salty side but still tasty. Will be even better in the middle of the winter with bit of pepper and chopped chicken, maybe some carrots and corn. I wanted something I could eat as soup AND add to for a small casserole type dish. This will be perfect!

The little dehydrated bits of potato are hard. The soup itself is okay, lacks a bit in the potato flavor. I added died broccoli to it and that was pretty good

Only thing I would change is I would like to see the price come down a wee bit.

I love all three flavors of this brand and have eaten them for years. Quite a bowl full of soup, in the cup or in a bowl of one`s choice. Single folks save a wash item lol. I`ve read for ever about these soups being lumpy. can be before prepared, as can flour, cornmeal anything meal or flour based, that sits, stored. Prepared correctly, and logically, not looking for a reason;-), they will turn out great. Don`t think they make a batch and you get your issue the same day they make that batch hehe. My advice for thick soup, add correct amount of water. A tad thinner, add a tad more water in your bowl, not the cup. Be careful and patient and let it sit for a couple minutes, and handle cup closer to bottom of the cup. Great stuff, in my humble opinion. All 3 flavors.

I let it set for a couple of minutes and it was fine. Not too salty. A base that is creamy and a little grainy. But palatableBe sure to stir these very well. Scrape along the edges inside to make sure you get all of the spices blended. Not too spicy. I like my tortilla with a running tomato base. This reminds me more of enchilada soup but it’s not bad. If you are craving soup, this will do. Be sure to leave it the entire 3 1/2 minutes. Then let it set for a minute or two because it will be very hot. If mine had been in th entire time it would have been better.POTATO SOUPVery salty. I’ve used the regular bags but the creamy potato soup was very salty with a slight preserved taste.I was able to get rid of the chunks simply by stirring and mashing for two or three minutes. It’s a good size. I hope the other two I bought taste better. Adding some fresh onion cheese and bacon will probably make this much better. I’ll keep eating it. If the others the broccoli or tortilla is better I’ll buy it again. Otherwise I’ll chalk it up to something to fill me up but not outstanding.
