I am not someone who usually wears spats for no-gi training. However, I decided to give these a try as the price couldn't be beat. I appreciate the simple design (solid colors) and the fit was great. I am 5' 9" about 190 and the large fit me perfectly. During training, there was no concerns about the legs riding up, or the waist line not staying in place. I am looking forward to adding these to my weekly training gear.

I bought these for my husband because he trains BJJ and he said that they fit and hold up really well. They’re his favorite spats to train in both gi and no gi. Excellent quality for a great price. Grappling accessories are very expensive so these are the best bang for your buck for sure!

These are great spats for no gi bjj. A great option for people who train in the mornings or when its cold since they provide nice heat until you get warmed up. They also help to reduce friction as you move along the mat when doing motions like shrimping.You'll also be less likely to get any skin infections like staph, ringworm, etc.

I honestly love the feel of them! I wore them to BJJ and even through sweating and hard rolls they didn’t bunch up or stick. Love these spats and will be buying more.
