Anti-ant Pet Bowls for Dogs Cats Round Plastic Water Food Feeder Dish Waterer

I purchased 2 of these to feed a homeless cat that comes around at night. Great size bowl, but I wish the anti-ant water circle was wider to keep out larger bugs. I have purchased other bowls, but they did not hold enough food.

The water around the rim on the bottom evaporates very easily and so I have to fill it every day because you can't put much water in it anyway, so the ants still get to the food because the water doesn't stay at the bottom.

I like the bowl itself but don’t expect some enterprising ant to be intimidated.

it is just as it looks but I wish the water well part was a little bigger.

when the moat has an appropriate deterrent such as dish soap or vegetable oil or even a bit of diatomaceous earth with a 5% Sevin garden dust included this dish is very helpful. For my needs however the size is small

This item did not work. Day 1 and the food bowl is full of ants.

These are great for my cats. no ants in the bowls
