My review went from 5 star to 1 star. There are several reviews, and if I can attach picture this is what their bed does after 1 month of normal use. The top coil chamber leaks air into it, and it can NOT be deflated. One huge air bubble in the middle about 6 inches high. Read all the reviews and you will see more on this poor quality.

Was great for the first week but now is a huge let down! I had read that other heavy buyers were happy with this bed so I bought it.... I'm not happy! It keeps deflating, I've been up 3 times in 5 hours to re-inflate the darn thing. Plus for the amount I paid I'm not spending another fortune sending it back.

I have had this air mattress for over a year and never had any issues. I would recommend this product to anyone in the market.This review is for the customer service department.A few days ago we pulled out the mattress, my wife stated it did not look like we received the king that was originally ordered. Up to that point I had slept on it only once, it was mainly used for company. We measured it and she was correct, we received a queen. We notified the manufacturer with not much exception for any results, since we had had the mattress for so long. Nickol from Fox Air Beds responded with 24 hours and within 48 hrs the correct size immediately was shipped. I am not one who usually rates products, but I must acknowledge exceptional customer service, it is so rare these days! Thanks Again Fox Air Beds!!!

By far the best air mattress I have ever owned. When I don't have guests, I use the high-quality memory foam topper on my own bed.

Had this bed for about 2 weeks now, while we're waiting on our furniture from moving internationally and it's been great. It's comfy, it's at a good height, and the electric pump is easy to use and efficient. The pillows are little too soft, they came packaged horribly so they needed some time to "unravel" from being smushed so badly, but all in all they're ok. But the pillows and bed thing stink horribly chemical, so if you can air these out at least a few days before you use it that would be perfect. Would I buy this again? Yes, definitely. After our furniture arrives this will definitely be used as a guest bed that's easy to stow away, leaving room for more important things :)

This bed totally exceded my expectation. I use it when my grandsons come over and it is so comfortable and easy to put up and down. My husband timed it and it fills up in four minutes.

Mattress looked great in pictures. Second time of use revealed fatal flaw in workmanship. Top mushroomed up and was unusable. You just rolled off the bed. Company said product only had 30 day warranty. The customer service department asked for pictures and then refused to help.

I describe a real situation: I buy this king size air bed. At first I was happy because many people commented on its good. I bought $ 257. Filled with air, I found no balance near the wall. I sent messages and comments to this company. They asked me to submit a photo. I gave them the pictures. I request a return. But they said: I want to send photos. But I have made. I waited a long time without news. Last night, air bed air leakage. I am angry. I slept on the floor for one night. I do not want to return my money now. Because I have been very disappointed. I want to stop the bad behavior of this company. Do not buy the company's products. You will regret it.(
