Festa Goan Pork Sausages

I have always loved Goa Sausages and have cooked them for years. On this occasion, on a whim, I decided to try the Amazon offering rather than the one from my local butcher.It was packed professionally, and was relatively easy to cut open. Those of you familiar with Goa Sausage will know this is not always the case. I used forceps, for what it's worth, to help get rid of the string.All in all, it was superb. Goa Sausage is a kind of hands off dish: don't be tempted to add flavours to it, not even salt. Every flavour needed is already cured into the sausage. The one thing I'll say is that this was not as heavily flavoured as other Goa Sausages I have cooked. This makes it, in some ways, more easily edible than the full flavoured variety, but I have nevertheless marked it down one star on flavour.Having said which it was, as I have already expressed, utterly superb. It is priced keenly too.If you know Goa Sausage at all, you should thoroughly enjoy this.

The first time I ordered it tasted good. So ordered again. However the second time, it tasted rancid. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

So I decided to try my hand at cooking Goan sausage curry the other night… missing my Goan buds who would cook up this magical stuff in Dubai. Great tasting and authentic sausages. Highly recommend them.

Goan sausages need to be spicy, but if it set your mouth on fire how can you taste the food! So buy it only if you like it Spicy ;)

Like it. Classic Goan sausage taste

I am a person who regularly eats goan sausages. The taste of this brand is not up to the mark.

If you are not an Indian national, do not buy it! It is of a very low quality to compare to American or European standard for sausages. It was too hot, too many spices and the meat dissolve during frying. You can't even taste the pork meat inside.

A bit spicy to me but others like the spicy taste. Also for a small piece of bone or something hard about 1/2" x 1/8".
