I recently purchased the Striking Viking Beard Oil Conditioner with the Sandalwood scent. Overall, I found it to be a nice product that helped to condition and soften my beard. It definitely helped to reduce itchiness and kept my beard looking neat and tidy throughout the day. However, I was a bit disappointed with the Sandalwood scent. It wasn't as strong as I had hoped and my wife didn't enjoy it very much either. It was a shame because I was really looking forward to the Sandalwood scent. I am going to try a different scent from this vendor to see if I get a better result.Update 5-19-12023Reached out to Customer service and they were able to offer me a discount to try the Vanilla scent. Very quick to respond. Only took a few days to get it all sorted out. Vanilla much better than the Sandalwood for me. Wife loves it. I give a 5 stars, For quality, price and customer service.Despite this, I still think the Striking Viking Beard Oil Conditioner is a decent product. It did a good job of keeping my beard looking and feeling healthy, and the bottle was easy to use and lasted for quite a while. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good beard conditioner. However, if you're sensitive to scents or if you're looking for a strong Sandalwood scent, this may not be the product for you.Overall, I enjoyed using the Striking Viking Beard Oil Conditioner, but I wish the Sandalwood scent had been stronger and more enjoyable. If the company improves the scent, I would definitely consider purchasing this product again in the future. It's a great option for anyone who wants to keep their beard looking and feeling its best.

I've been exclusively ordering and using this beard oil for over 2 years. The price and the performance cannot be beat, smells great but not overpowering, makes my beard manageable and not greasy. Great stuff at a great price

Everything is good about this except there isn't much scent while wearing. The only one that has much of a scent is the vanilla which is a great one.

Love the sandalwood smell – it's there, but it won't knock you over. The mix of oils, like tea tree, argan, and jojoba, is on point. It makes your beard soft and chill, without any greasy mutiny.A few drops and you're golden. It soaks in fast and keeps your face fuzz looking sharp and feeling smooth. And the bottle looks pretty cool, too – kinda like something you'd find in a vintage barbershop. The price is right, especially with the discount.If your beard needs a pick-me-up without feeling slick, this is your stuff. Been using it daily and my beard's never been happier.

As noted in the heading, I decided to grow a beard for the first time (age 60). Although I naturally don't have the "credentials" of a long-term beard "owner", I think that might offer others a less biased opinion. My thoughts on the product: The smell (vanilla) is nice. Not a overpowering vanilla, but nice. I do wish that the aroma would last a bit longer though. As for keeping down the itching...definitely. After starting to use the product, the itching stopped almost immediately, to next to nothing. It also certainly does make the beard softer, both for the short-term, and it appears that it also helps long-term. The amount and usage information is good and appropriate, at least for a short beard as I have. Cost is good and it I feel comfortable that I will be purchasing it again.

So I’ve tried a ton of different beard products and Striking Viking is hands down my favorite. The oil goes on smooth and absorbed well, no oily residue. The vanilla scent is on point and not perfumy or overly aggressive. 100% natural and lasts all day. My beard has never been happier! Their beard wash is awesome as well! Give the brand a try, you wont be sorry!!

This beard oil does a terrific job at keeping my beard in order and soft. The vanilla scent I hoped would be smooth and aromatic like a vanilla bean. It really just smells like cake, which is kind of weird. It does smell nice and realistic, maybe just not what you'd want your face to smell like.

This oil goes a long way! I’ve been using it now a little over a month and my beard has become softer and stays much more hydrated. My only critic would be how to dispense it. It comes with a built in dropper, I find it a little messy.

I was a bit sceptical since I couldn’t smell the product before I purchased. Once I gave it as a gift and could finally open it, I was surprised that it didn’t have an over bearing smell.My hubby loves it !

Has a gentle vanilla smell which is not overpowering. By end of day there is still a very soft vanilla essence. I think any product with stronger smells are too much to be worn on face. This one will not be overpowering . By end of day it still has a very soft vanilla essence… reminding me as if my husband just ate something sweet like chocolate. Definitely purchase again

Strong synthetic vanilla scent, i bet that cant be good for skin. Not sure where the oils comes from either, is it china oils? Maybe its better to make your own beard oil, that way you can be sure what's actually in it. It does make the beard feel softer and less itchy.
