I am a lover of linen and this dress fit the bill in fit, style, and quality.

you never know when you're going to get with an order like this but I am happy to say I was pleasantly surprised by this dress. the linen is very thick and luxurious, and the construction is solid. I bought this in black but I might buy it in additional colors. it's a great basic, I love the pockets, I love how thick the fabric is, and the style is basic and timeless

I own this dress/shirt in Small/white, and I find it to be too oversized and the fabric being true 100% linen. I washed it and did not shrink at all. Based on this experience, I ordered a black in XS this time. I tried it on the minute it arrived, and oh, boy, does it look stylish! I love the way it looks on me; however, I did find the fabric somewhat disappointing, and I’m just debating on whether to keep it or not because it doesn’t feel like 100% linen. The fabric has a shine to it, it’s scratchy, and it feels hot. At this price point , this garment is worth of a little meditation, contemplation , and deliberation before the return window expires. I’m also considering to reorder to see if I get a piece made from a different lot of fabric. If you are looking for a garment like this and don’t care how the fabric feels, then by all means go for it.

5’3” 133lbs 36b/c bought a medium as recommended. Fits perfectly. Nice to wear with flats or to add wedges and a belt to dress up a bit. Really like the material- well made.

I purchased it in blue, and it has some weight to it so not see-through. It has side pockets and the fit is relaxed. I'm 5'2" so the length is to my calf. It looks nice and would be perfect for traveling. Highly recommend especially at the sale price!

Very heavy material and way too long if you are short.

My expectations for this site are so low that a fabric actually meeting the description is cause for celebration - this dress is real linen! It’s nicely stitched and hemmed. There were no loose threads or asymmetrical areas. The pockets are right on the hip at the side seams so not a flattering placement but they stay flat or can easily be sewn shut.The weight of the linen is just right - not too thick or thin. It’s a perfect two season fabric. It gets softer with each wash and only needs minimal touch up with an iron (or you can skip it if you aren’t fussy about things). In most situations, you will not need a slip. Dress it up or down, this the perfect linen shirt dress. I plan to order in every color. I’m 5’9” and this hits me right below the knees.

Wanted it for paris travel…. It hung poorlyPockets poorly placed , dress slits too high when beltedTight ish across shoulders whereas the rest fit was reasonable I could tell from experience this was very cheap fabric because it was highly sized and when sizing would wash out( first wash -the dress would be a see through rag!!

This is such a fantastic shirtdress. Dresses can be a real gamble when ordering online, but I read a lot of reviews, was realistic with my size (xxl) and decided that if black was unavailable, white would be the best classic colour.I am so happy with this dress; it fits so well, is slimming, comfortable and had a great solid weight to it. I’m planning on wearing it throughout the summer and into the early fall and shifting with shoes, scarves and jackets/sweaters.This is a great classic piece and I’m just sorry that I missed it in black! Love it!
