Fantastic for Macrame!
Pony beads are not just for making kids' bracelets, jewelry making or for your hair.... try them with macrame! The beads worked great on my plant hanger as they are very sturdy, with large holes that you can easily string a 3-4mm cord through. They are extremely well priced and come in a variety of colors which makes it great to include in your crafting arsenal! Wish it came in a pearlescent color... I highly recommend!

White Ponies Are Great for "Tooth Stories"
I got a bag of white pony beads so that my kindergartners could make pattern bracelets using them together with other beads. All of the white beads are perfect – no broken ones, or ones with missing holes.My students were inspired to use the white beads to invent “tooth stories!” They made a mouth out a pipe cleaner and put “teeth” on the top and bottom for addition stories. They took beads off the pipe cleaners to make subtraction stories about losing teeth. (see photo)
