Good for heavy flow!
These are great! I wore on my heavy day to sleepy and they did an awesome job- no leaks. I usually wear large undies and got XL for these and they fit perfect. I am 5’3”, 215lbs and athletic body with a belly. I added pictures because I didn’t see anyone that looked like me when I was shopping for these. They don’t have very much stretch at all and the leg holes might be tight if you have big thighs. The liner isn’t “crunchy” or plastic feeling and it doesn’t make any sound when you move. The liner does a good job of keeping blood away from your skin and I felt dry the whole day and even after waking up from a heavy night. I definitely recommend!

They won't give you a confident swagger but you may be less afraid of what a sneeze will do to you.
So my review is based on using this for bladder problems I got after the accumulated issues that come with having my third child.I decided I didn't want to do the review unless I had one of the more expensive alternatives to compare it to. So I am comparing it to THINX since this is one of the most popular looking menstrual panties out there.Starting out, the price is a major difference in this line's favor. it costs roughly the same for three of these as it does for one of those other period panties. that is enough to catch a person's attention. so naturally I bought them. When they arrived I could see a huge difference in the presentation. These all came neatly folded in a little package together, not bad. Their expensive counterpart came in a fancy box with individual wrapping. Now for the actual product: they are nothing like the more expensive one, and not in a good way. The shape of these panties is really nice and you don't feel like you are wearing "protective" panties but you also don't really feel all that protected compared to the safe feeling you get from the other. There are no layers to absorb, so you just end up feeling...gross, and maybe a little nervous that things could go wrong at any moment. and while I know that these are to be worn with other protection, my problem is minor and I don't want to do that every single day, but I do want to feel like I don't have to run away and hide (and change yet again) when I sneeze, or am startled, or cough, or laugh too hard, or run to grab something... i think you get the point. so yeah, that is a bummer. Overall, I would say that you should get these if you are one of those people who have the same problem I have (too many kids = some inner organ displacement complications) or if you have light periods and just want to be on the safe side. But if you are looking for a way to gain freedom from the pany liner game, these are not for you. They don't give you that kind of confidence, they just make you feel like you have at least enough of a barrier to make it to the bathroom before that second sneeze destroys your outfit and your reputation.Hope this helps, have a great and informative day.

Will stay dry with at least 1tbsp of fluid
Wow. What a great thing for women of all ages! The popular brands on social media can cost the same for one pair as these cost for a three pack. These are sleek, stretchy, silent and comfy. I tested my pair when I received them and found they can hold at least 1 tablespoon of water without soaking through. Worth every penny.

They leak bad
I was so excited for these. I’m allergic to pads and hate tampons. This was my first period since buying the panties. I started my period and put these on. Within twenty minutes my pants felt wet. I went to the bathroom to see that they had already leaked. These said they covered heavy flow and this was no where near my heavy flow since my period had just started. Quite the bummer.

Amazing, comfortable protection...please change crotch color!
In search of a reasonably priced period panty for my 13-year old daughter, I stumbled upon these. Compared to brand name period panties, these seemed like a pretty amazing deal and worth a try. My daughter loved them. She used them religiously for a solid week of light to medium flow and had zero leaks. She says they're comfortable and don't make noise when she walks. She loves sleeping in them. They look cute and sporty on her with a hip hugger design. She's an athletic, thin, tall 13-year old and size XS worked for her. She wears them to play basketball, cross country ski, and play soccer. These panties offer superior protection when she's engaged in sports. Granted she hasn't had a super heavy flow yet, but I'm pretty confident that these would do the trick even in a heavier flow situation. And...if a panty liner has to be put inside for insurance, then so be it. It would be pretty amazing compared to a thick, uncomfortable pad. We ordered the all black 3-pack as well as the lighter colored 3-pack. She has 6 pair to wear for the week and I'm already thinking of buying more. I'd give them 5 solid stars for price and performance if it wasn't for....A light colored crotch. Really? Sure, it's great for "seeing" the blood, but who wants to see it? It's absolutely horrible for staining. I would think a black crotch would be ideal, especially in a black panty. These leave me soaking, treating, and scrubbing after every wear in order to leave minimal stains. Yes, I know...they're a period panty so expect stains, right? Maybe, but a light gray material is just asking for issues, time after time. I just don't understand why anyone would want that.Given the cheap price tag, I'll probably buy a few more packs to get us by, but I will continue to search for a panty like these that offers a darker lining in the crotch so that my time scrubbing and stain treating is minimized.
