I ordered these to help slim down my legs. I ordered size large. I went one size bigger in the event I want to wear these over pants. I’m 5’7”, 165 lbs and could’ve fit the medium as well. I appreciate the option of the different sizes as well as the Velcro wrap as you can control your tightness according to your comfort. I usually do a HIT exercise on the treadmill for about 20-25 minutes and these worked perfect with staying on and providing a sweat. Looking forward to toning my thighs to help reduce extra weight and cellulite. So far so good and would highly recommend.

Can't wear them at all under pants or jogging pants if u wanted to wear them while walking. They show through the jogging pants and don't fold the greatest on and skin bulges above the wrap and under it. Hard to explain but not very attractive. Doesn't look like the picture at all.. waist of money. Wish I would have gotten money back

My Thigh Trimmers arrived on time and I put them on immediately! I am pleased at how well they fit! I have huge thighs so I am definitely pleased with the fit. During my workout they produced a lot of sweat and after taking them off, I felt great! I use them everyday.
